Friendly, skilled and available staff. Prices are very reasonable and the office atmosphere warm and inviting. They took exceptional care of our dog. With the drive straight up 169 highway!

It was that time of the year to get my dogs annual immunization shots. The house was packed, but we got in on our appointment time and got everything taken care of in a timely matter. They take Great Care of our Girl ! See y'all next time !

Be very cautious of what the vet tells you! I took my dog in to get his yellow tooth checked. The vet came in the room and told me that the tooth was broken under the gum line, it would need to be removed but it wasn't an emergency. A couple days later I call in and get the tooth extraction scheduled. So I took my dog in and they confirmed the tooth extraction. When I came back to pick my dog up they didn't pull the tooth, also they did a cleaning and I asked why they didn't pull the tooth the tech said the tooth was fine and they had no notes on what tooth was the problem. So the vet told me one thing and never wrote it down, also someone is lying because the vet said one thing and the tech said something else. I was also wondering why they did a cleaning when I never said I wanted to do one. Apparently when you do a tooth extraction that actually means a cleaning. About a year ago when I had gotten a tooth removed they asked me while my dog was under if I would like a cleaning as well I said yes. So from then till now they changed from asking you to no word about it and doing it without you knowing it's going to be done. After I got my fog back I realized that I came for no reason, so now I'm out of $240 because of lies and deciet. I will never trust this place ever again.
Also if you call them and get information why you were lied too they will throw you around to everyone and avoid the problem that has risen. I do not recommend this place

I needed to contact Dr Wallis for a second opinion regarding my service dog. The staff was amazing, the office was clean & hospitable. This is an extremely busy practice & you may have a long wait, but Dr Wallis is well worth it. He is experienced & very knowledgeable.

I made a mistake by going to another vet for a few years and paying out the wazoo and being bullied. I'm so happy I went back to Doc Wallace. He cut out my dog's melanoma and treats my critters very well.

Set a appointment to sit in the front waiting room. For 45 minutes after the appointment time. This is the 2nd time they wasted my time. Very disrespectful to over book your slots.
