Can never get anyone on the phone. Don’t like the website..Making it harder to check your balance and if your over drawn, you get charged waaay too much

We went from having a home town bank where we could speak to someone almost immediately to a central line with every other RCB bank and long wait times. On top of that my online access doesn't work even though I've been to a branch about it twice.

Clerks were nice!!! But there was an older women who helps open your new bank account. Shes old and never smiles. Really rude. Wont open an account at this name bank ever.

I have never in my LIFE met someone that was so rude who works in customer service for a living!! We went in to have a vehicle title notarized and the lady was a complete a****** She did not even take the time to look at the title because the vehicle is in a different state than us due to the line of work we are in. I will NEVER do any business with this bank in my life time!
