“Collided with a deer in November right after Thanksgiving. No shops would accept my car until the end of January after the holidays as they were backed up. Called Lazarus at hwy20 and he sent a tow truck to the very next day to pick up my car. Although, his shop was busy for the holiday's as well, he told me it would be a few weeks and he accepted my car immediately when no other shops would even see me. He kept me informed every week about the status of the repairs and even when the insurance company was not doing their part and giving us the run around. Lazarus was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was like I knew him for years. He made me feel very comfortable. Car looked amazing as if nothing had ever happened. He even upgraded the grill to the newest version. “They may not have the selection of stuff in the aisles that the bigger stores have, but it's the place to go for the weird parts they don't. Yesterday I needed a relay and O'Reilly just said "we don't carry those." Napa said "bring it in and we'll try to match it". And they did.”
“This store is amazing. I went to get a lightbulb for my brake light. I walked into the store and was greeted by many helpful and cheerful employees! Aaron, the store manager was amazing. He immediately came out to check my brake light and determined what type of bulb I needed. Then he proceeded to help me replace it! It was so nice and the whole time he was very personable and cheerful. It is so nice to have someone treat you w so much positivism! I was so happy to visit this store!!!!!!”
“Long time customer of O’Reilly Auto Parts. In all the years I’ve probably only had one negative experience and it was not this location. Today Houston and his team went above and beyond helping my spouse change the battery on her vehicle while she had our kids with her.
I called ahead and they went right to work testing the battery as soon as she got there. Probably not the cheapest auto part store but hands down the best.
I’ve tried to go the cheap route in the past but always end up back at O’Reilly.

“I had turn signals and wiring issues with my Ford F150. A real mess and above my pay grade to repair. By the end of the day after I dropped it off, they called me, and already had it repaired. The price was more than reasonable, and they were courteous and professional, explaining every issue to me. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, it’s a mistake. Although the parking lot was full, and I had to park on the street, I would absolutely recommend them for auto repairs.”

I was broke down on the side of the road with my wife & 4 kids, 20 mins away from any store & I called this AutoZone & Robbie answered the phone, heard my situation, dropped what he was doing & drove 18-20 mins to hand deliver me a serpentine belt to get my family back on the road!!! We recently had our Leisure Travel RV tinted there, and it was an experience that deserves five stars.Here's why:I had made an appointment to have the windows tinted a couple weeks ahead of time. When I made the appointment there was no way to know that we were about to hit record low temperatures and snow, effectively shutting down many businesses.I was able to make my way to Auto Definitions, but didn’t consider that they may not be open.As it turns out the person who was supposed to do the tinting had a burst pipe emergency and couldn’t come in.As I was getting ready to leave, the owner came out and offered to open up the shop and do the work himself. (I learned that he was up all night helping with the snowpocalypse and was sleep deprived)Now, onto the actual tint job. It's flawless! The lines are crisp, the tint is evenly applied, and everything looks absolutely perfect.
