Okmulgee Walgreens is great in every way. My problem is trying to schedule a Covid Booster shot on line. I was told I had to schedule it this way.I am having so much trouble. No matter what I do it does not work right for meI'm at my wits end yet I still need the Booster shot. I'm stuck and can't get any help with this,!

All these "friend" reviews on here are pathetic. This pharmacy is ridiculously unprofessional and we can blame it on understaffed, over worked,..nobodies fault but Walgreens. At times it takes days to get prescriptions despite them being called in from the doctor days before. The staff is rude and likes to place themselves in a position of authority and will argue with the customer who has already been confirmed via email or phone call from the doctor that the prescription has been called in. The past week has seen numerous days when the pharmacy is closed due to no pharmacists available to work. My advice to the staff working throughout the general store areas is to start looking for a job somewhere else because the pharmacy will be the overall reason for the closing of the store. Back to discount pharmacy we go.

The ladies in the pharmacy went above and beyond for my mother who has cancer. They worked hard to get a prior authorization approved so she can get her medicine. I have had nothing but good experiences there. I used to work in customer service and I know how rude entitled people can be to act like pharmacy is fast food is ridiculous. Those people have worked hard through a pandemic to make sure people like my mom can have her medicine. Thank you Walgreens in for caring

I’ve always had an amazing experience at Walgreens Okmulgee! Anytime I ever needed help they have helped me and have been so polite about it. Kristine was wonderful and amazing! The most pure and beautiful person I have ever met. Had a great conversation with her, knowing someone can be so kind and amazing has changed my views on the world and I’ve decided to switch religion to Christianity in hopes to find another person with such a pure soul like Kristine. People like her really give me faith in humanity. 10/10 would definitely recommend and go here for all of my needs!

I love shopping at this store. The store is always clean & organized. If there is a sale for multiple items at a certain sale price & let's say maybe they are only down to 1 of that item in stock, they will still honor the price the sale would've been for an individual item, had you been able to purchase multiple at that sale price. People here are always friendly & greet you the moment you walk in & are very helpful, assisting you with locating items you need throughout the store. This includes the pharmacy staff as well. I admittedly do not write very many reviews, but I'm very thankful & feel they deserve high praise!

This pharmacy has some great employees, I have experienced compassion from them. I've also witnessed their patience with people. I will use this pharmacy anytime I need scripts just for the customer service. Even when they seem to be short handed they always manage to hold it down. I give two thumbs up as a matter of fact two thumbs is not enough I put my two big toes up too.

The girls at the pharmacy are amazing. They truly care about you and your health. I love that the pharmacy hours are later than other local pharmacies. The store is always clean and super convenient.

Yes the pharmacist and her assistant Christine was able to help me get my prescription transferred from California to Oklahoma without any issues. They handled the situation with no problem they were kind and courteous and spoke very professional at all times thank you guys.

These people in the pharmacy work so hard. They are so short staffed and I have witnessed several times them getting yelled at by customers and they still smile and work fast and hard. We as customers need to understand that they deserve a break and a full lunch period as they are working very hard with limited staff

This pharmacy is the best. They don't get nearly the credit they deserve. They are always and I mean always busy and now they have to do covid vaccines. Waiting is inevitable but so worth the wait. These girls put their heart into helping people while being treated badly or having people complain about stupid things. Great job Walgreens you guys are awesome

You call and you are on hold for an hour then they hang up on you. I have never gotten to talk to them. I was told by my insurance my prescriptions would no cost me but today I was charged and they won’t answer my call to tell me why.

I had an appointment to for the second dose of the vaccine and drove 30 minutes from another town for my appointment to be told that they ran out. While I understand that, a notification to the people who had appointments would have been nice! The lady was rude to me as well about it.

I have done business with Walgreens all over the us. This store is the most unprofessional unpleasant and least customer eccentric of all Walgreens I have ever entered . A majority of the staff seams unhappy

I’m not quite sure who the lady with the bad attitude That’s usually bulldogging the front area,Who enjoys yelling at customers is, but she’s really bad for business. Myself and numerous friends and family members have had an encounter with her and she is the most unpleasant woman in your store. I’m not sure if she’s management but if she is she needs to go back to training. Her behavior and screaming at customers is unacceptable. There are other ways to tell people the right way to exit the store rather than raising her voice at them. There are other ways to tell customers that masks are mandatory rather than yelling at them. Learn some customer service skills.
