On their posted hours on Sunday said they would open at 11am. So I waited for an hour,and they still were not open

Went there yesterday to get a manicure at 10:30 no one was there did some shopping still not open at11:30 so brought me a small manicure and polish save me $45 went there 3 weeks ago says open at 9 opened at 10 and was very rude will not be going back.

I called and asked where they were located due to me being new in the area and her words were “u called and don’t know where” VERY rude
