It's been a week since I submitted a locate request. ONG's locater with USIC finally contacted me after I submitted a 2nd request. Eventually I submitted a 3rd request. Still no response from Oklahoma Natural Gas to date.

Worker came to shut off gas so I could switch it into another name as the original person on the bill had passed and the worker stepped on the water valve outside of home beside the meter and busted it now I can't find a way to report damages he caused to my home to have them fix it. And as such I will be looking to switch to all electric

They are billing me for an amount that was paid a month and a half ago. Which was the wrong amount and I have a credit. I have electronic payments set up. The only number I have is the 800 number and you cant talk to anyone. I was being generous giving them a 2!!!

The absolute best thing about this CNG station is it's location - it is literally right off Hwy 75. However, it is impossible to get a full fill up here - at best you can get 75% full, but usually it's only 50%. The CNG supply compressor must be woefully undersized - if someone is there fueling when you arrive, the best you will get is 50%. I continue to be amazed that the ONG CNG stations can't be economically upgraded to at least provide a consistent fill up. The presence of these many stations encourages folks to buy CNG vehicles, but then they are severely disappointed when they realize how much time it takes to refuel the vehicle. CNG use is not supposed to be this way - I know because the many other successful CNG stations that I use.
