Shop local!! I went in a while back to look for something to help with anxiety. The new owner is super nice and we talked about what I was looking for and being moms of teenage girls! It’s nice to go into a business and be treated like a human not just a dollar sign!!Please try to buy local instead of big box stores!

This shop is so great! I finally had the time to walk around and really look at the selection. I always thought it was a shop of nothing but vitamins and supplements but she has so much more. I was surprised to see cake and brownie mixes for people with gluten allergies as well as a wide selection of smoothie add-ins and a vast variety of teas. I'm looking forward to shopping here more often!
