after experiencing a probelm with my 2016 chevy that wasnt resolved at that time, eric the GM reached out to me and took the time to understand and worked towards resolving the issue. they went above and beyond to resolve this issue. thank you eric. their customer service is unrivaled.

When you ask God to open the doors you are supposed to walk through but close the ones that you aren't, you can't get mad when that happens.
We settled on a vehicle for Jennifer. Windy Chevrolet of Okmulgee had this 2020 QX80 that fit most of what we were wanting. The price was comparable to what I could buy it from Enterprise Rental Cars but Brian and Matthias (probably butchered that spelling) were great to deal with. We test drove it on Saturday. Jennifer wanted to drive it one more time before committing so she did that today. She picked me up for lunch and we went to the dealership to pay for it. We were paying cash, not that it matters to the point of this.
Brian greats us when we pull in and we sit down to exchange papers. During the process of him inputting our info, something happened and he went to the manager's office. He came back and said, "I know we have this on our website for 33k, but they are raising the price to 36.5." I thought he was joking. He wasn't.
For the record, Brian and Matthias (sorry for the spelling) were amazing. No pressure. I would leave my wife and kids with either one of em. But I will NEVER set foot on anything owned by Windy Chevrolet of Okmulgee again. The 33k was not a misprint. They have 4 of them at that same price.
God Bless you Windy Chevrolet. I know He has something better for us.

After being asked in a follow-up to contact the dealership, I spoke with Eric. He informed me he is the new General Manager and apologized for what happened. Ownership of the dealership has not changed, but management has.
Although it has been almost 2 years since our experience, and this is the first contact we have had, I do acknowledge his efforts to reach out. **
