Made an appointment. Came in at the appointment time and was told only appointments were being seen. After telling the staff I had one, I was informed that the certified employee was out sick and I could be rescheduled for another day. I took my business elsewhere.

Was referred to Jackson Hewitt by a good friend ours an they did not disappoint! They got our taxes done fast an reasonable price! We will continue to go back to have our taxes done!

This is the second time my husband has used them for his taxes and the staff is great very helpful, they answered all of the questions that we had. We used this tax service in Colorado and was very happy with the outcome out there and so when moved here the year before last we were very happy to see they had an office here in town. Will continue to use them in the future.
