Wow!! Amazing customer service. Had a quick part I needed. Went in and the service lady was amazing and then the parts guy came. He didn’t have in stock what I needed so knew I was headed somewhere. He poked for other Ford places on the way and found ie tha had the part. He went above and beyond!! This is amazing service!! Unbelievable! Don’t get that much any more!

Our first and last experience with Harlan Ford. We were just hung up on by the service dept while inquiring about multiple experiences with my 2018 F250 death wobbles. The only customer service offered was to make an appointment. She seemed very preoccupied and not interested in doing anything other than booking an appointment. Thanks for the wonderful customer service, Harlan Ford, we'll take our business elsewhere.

This is only getting 2 stars because the lady with the last name Castleberry that helped me was so sweet & held a conversation. Also they were so slow we got in fast. But maybe next time the guy that sits in the back & works with the financing shouldn't speak of someone's credit history so loudly in a building that echos & LAUGH at me. It's very disrespectful. This honestly disappointed me & made me feel some type of way.

I bought a used 2018 Traverse on 3/31/22 and my only stipulations were that I wanted it clean and a new windshield. I got it and it wasn’t clean, like they said it would be, I took it back the day after signing paperwork for the new windshield, detail, the leaky sunroof, and a scratch they said they’d fix. They had my car for 19 days. They replaced the headliner and windshield but it’s STILL NOT CLEAN, the visors are still stained, the sunroof is still leaking, and they literally took a paint pen to the scratch. Would not recommend buying a used car from these people.

Best service I have received buying a car. Shawn and Fred listened to my wants and needs and delivered just that. Listened to my concerns and made it right. Andrew answered every question I had about the financing and warranty part with a huge smile on his face. Lexi sat in the expedition with me showed me everything and had great conversations. I will not go anywhere else for our vehicle needs.

I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave, as is and no warranty, from Harlan Ford. It had 192000 miles on it, however it is immaculate and in great condition, as is all of their used vehicles. Less than a week later the transmission went out. I spoke to Mr. Andrew Harlan and he agreed to pay for half of the repair regardless of the contract I signed. It was repaired in less than a week and is doing great. I cannot say enough regarding the service I received from Harlan Ford. From Lisa Castleberry in sales, to Andrew Harlan's professional post purchase service, I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a great deal on a new or used vehicle.Services: Transmission repair
