My fiance had his card lost or stolen and they want to charge me $10 for get that there are no locations out side this area can't deposit thru the ATM we both work 10+ hrs a day out of town and have to take time off to be able to deposit a check. I'm so over it all

This place is garbage. Look for a bank that treats their customers like they want them to stay. My GF was banking here and I told her to switch. They have caused so much embarrassment for her. They held debit card 3 times from payments, her CC twice and she’s only been there for a few months. The money is in the account just do your job and let the payment go through. Omg these people have all the excuses and no results. The same excuses with something we’ve been through 2x before.

Friendly staff - excellent facility.!However when my card got charged an unauthorized 60$ they only offered to turn it off and said visa takes it from there. Visa does nothing folks.So i went after the charge on my own.It took me 4 months but yesterday ifinally recovered my stolen cash -no thanks to fcu.Thanks be to God.!☮️☮️☮️

I don't go there very often but every time I do the drive-through/tellers are slow and they take their time when they want to help you. I can only ever come during my lunch break because they close before I get off work and I only have so much time for lunch. Not only did the see me pull up but they seen another car pull up to the next lane after me and instead of helping me 1st they help the person who came in after me, they seemed to know what she was there for. They took their time and have no care for how long they make people wait when there was no one else there but us. I can understand if they were busy but they weren't. Im to the point I'm ready to change banks.

Mistake after mistake after mistake. They were great several years ago. I don't know if they got bought out or what but they are awful now. Nothing is done correctly ever it takes about 20 attempts to get anything done and then it is still done wrong. Go anywhere else.

This place is terrible. I got scammed as a college student in NY, alone, and they did nothing to protect me. In addition, they deemed me liable for the money (no insignificant amount) and seized my account. They then proceeded to demand payments from my grandmother (who is retired, and having trouble financially as it is; they had her take out a loan FROM THEM, to pay them that money) They knew about my situation (I couldn't even buy food or wash my clothes; still can't) and literally did nothing to help. In addition, before all this, I had already pretty much determined that I wanted to close my account; their staff is always rude and impatient; it takes several days of consistent correspondence through email and phone to get ANYTHING done. I never once got the impression they put their members first.

Everything i do with ffcu is online only because i drive truck otr, very seldom do i ever get to the actual location. Never any issues, the few times i was at the location in okmulgee everyone their was super friendly and helpful. Wish the banks would learn to follow suit. Highly recommend this financial institute.
