They send a flyer out saying you've won money, everything looks legitimate, even the fine fine print, so you go collect you winnings only to be given a dollar store Bluetooth speaker. This is extremely shameful knowing full well that most everyone around is broke and gas prices are at an all time high, to lie to a potential customer right off the bat. To walk in to claim my money, all they were interested in was trying to sell me on a car I don't even need or want. Had there been any sort of integrity with this dealership, I might have been more noted to send someone there if they were looking for a car, but with how one simple flyer lies to you, I hope this business goes straight into the ground. From other reviews I can only assume that the only good ones are of people who know the staff or management. Avoid Stephanie Morris Chevrolet at all costs. If you need a vehicle, go see patriot auto group in Pryor, they did me absolutely right when I had to buy a truck. They didn't have to scam to earn business.

BE AWARE!! They are a DISHONEST dealership. I read other reviews and thought it would be a good experience, but mine has been very disappointing. Dishonesty and not keeping your word is a big flag for me, especially when you are buying something unseen. You expect that your salesperson will be honest and "look out for you"...instead, it seems he just wants to make a quick sale. First of all, I'd like to say initially my experience with them was okay, but started going downhill. I purchased a Range Rover from them for over $80,000. After the sale was agreed upon, and they sent me paperwork, I noticed the mileage was crossed out and it was almost 5,000 more miles than what was advertised (and the price was agreed upon). So, he didn't even give me a heads up, which is pretty shady in my opinion. And when I brought it up, he said "well maybe that's why they just brought down the price." Apparently the owner was driving the car as her own demo and he kept assuring me they keep it in great condition, and before it was going to be delivered, they would make sure it was clean and ready to be sold. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Before my transportation company was going to pick up the car, I asked multiple times to make sure the car was clean, and asked to see pictures since the ones posted were from before and I knew it was being driven. No pictures came through, but again, Drew kept assuring me (over and over again) that the car was clean, perfect, and in excellent condition. I told him "I would take his word for it". (I have text messages to prove all of this). Now, my car comes delivered, and not only is it clearly evident that it wasn't even wiped down or cleaned, it came COMPLETELY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. I have pictures that I will download to show this. So, not only were there black marks all over the interior, and crumbs and things all over the seats and floors and insets of the car, but there were spider webs and leaves on the back trunk area, and hair inside the car, and a very deep brown embedded stain in the back (I don't even know what it is). At first I was surprised, but then realized, THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Not only did they lie to me, but how could they sell a car that costs over $80,000 in this condition? If I was local, they would never deliver this car that way (I would hope!) So from a principal perspective, I sent the pictures to Drew and asked that he take care of a car detail and get this cleaned. It was filthy and disgusting, not just dirty, and I have 2 young children that I drive around (one of them with allergies). It's now been 2 days and I'm still waiting for an answer for them to just simply clean this car (which should have been done before it was sold, so I can drive it!!) I had to call the Sales Manager b/c of the lack of response, and he STILL hasn't been able to get this done for me. I mean, it's $180 on a $80,000 sale, and they have to wait for approval to do this? I wonder what kind of dealership this is, how do they run, and how could they not have the authority to approve something like this? They obviously don't care about their customers. OBVIOUSLY. I'm actually shocked at this level, or LACK of customer care. It is evident that they don't care about their customers, especially if you are not local and counting on them to look out for you. BE AWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU NOT LOCAL. I was hoping for a resolution before posting this, but I feel this is the only way to warn others about my experience, and just help them to be very careful if they even consider buying anything from them.... ***UPDATE*** THE OWNERS ARE THAT CHEAP AND FRUGAL THAT THEY WON'T GET MY INTERIOR CLEANED, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DELIVERED FILTHY. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY ACTUALLY RUN A BUSINESS, IT'S ALMOST SHOCKING. IT'S NOT EVEN ABOUT THE $180 AT THIS POINT, I'LL END UP PAYING THAT TO GET IT CLEANED, BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE!! Wonderful service department! Did exactly what they said they would do & were friendly, & efficient! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car or for car maintenance! Great new addition to the Okmulgee area!

I do NOR recommend financing through this place. they will lie to you or mislead you about your financing and dont care if you have to live with consequences for years afterwards. find a better dealership!!

When my truck broke down driving from Alabama to Colorado, I had it towed here because of the tow truck drivers recommendation even though there was another Chevy dealer right down the street. Turns out the issue was from another mechanics failure to re-tighten my brake caliper, they quickly identified the issue and corrected it! We were back on the road in no time! If you want quality customer service and mechanical technicians then go here! Absolutely best service around town! Very respectful, timely and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my Chevy anywhere else.

They try and take advantage of your wives and daughters when they go in for the free oil changes. They always try to sell them unneeded repairs for hundreds of dollars. The latest one they tried when my daughter took our car in for the free oil change was, they wanted to change the transmission fluid, brake fluid and antifreeze for over $600. This is not ethical business in any way. shape or form.

I bought a truck from these people on April 6 2018. I have been trying to get my title since then and have yet to get it and its now the 16th of May...I have called several times and no one will return my calls!!! Was told I needed to call James Hodge Ford in Muskogee and got the same b******** No one wants to return my calls. Was told someone would contact me about a new paper tag and they have not. I am now driving around with an expired paper tag! I'm in the process of filing complaint with Oklahoma Used Vehicle commission now!!! BEWARE of these people!
