I purchased a truck from Eddy and he never told me the cab leaks there is an issue with low coolant and overheating. He did say there some dings and dents and it needs one go plug. The first time I got stranded 3 weeks in to owning the truck 4 plugs overheated and needed coolant. Took my truck to him and He had my truck for a week waiting on parts said he replaced the lights and thermostat and the next day the same issue happen it still leaks but it’s worse now on both sides and still overheating low coolant. Took my truck there today he said no I didn’t replace the lights sealed them and told me he was doing me a favor by even looking at it. What?! First and last time Ausbrooks buyer. Worse experience ever so no they don’t put customer satisfaction first at all. Now I have to seek legal advice.

I bought a car from Ausbrooks in July expressed that I was worried about buying a car from a used lot because of past experiences. They promised the car I was getting was not a lemon and a very good car. A week after bringing the car home I noticed the car was not running properly so I took it to my trusted mechanic. We found there were codes that should have been throwing a check engine light. I then took the car back to ausbrooks and they told me that the previous person had taken the dash apart and placed a piece of tape over the check engine light. They then replaced the thermostat, catalytic converter, engine mount and valve cover gasket. After those fixes I started to hear a weird sound I took it back and was told it was normal. So back to my trusted mechanic and he found the crankshaft seal, and waterpump were leaking I paid my mechanic to fix the issues. We also found that the exhaust was leaking and found that one of the gaskets that was on the new catalytic converter was reused from the old one and blown out an the other gasket was completely missing and never put in from when they changed the gasket. My mechanic fixed all that at the cost of the parts for me. Now I have another noise and we are pretty sure it's coming from the valve cover gasket. Long story short do not buy a car from Ausbrooks and definitely do not take a car to them to have it worked on.

Have had many purchases over the years, ALL but ONE was a 5 star deal. The one that wasn't, was my fault. I should have had the vehicle inspected before purchase as well researched the vehicle brand. If you run into trouble with your merchandise or purchased product, always call and ask for owner/operator... He or she is the only person that has authority to say yea or nay and address you complaint or problem with the concerns you may have... Note to all consumers.., Always protect yourself by having vehicle inspected by third party unless inspection sheet is provided at purchase... Brake, tires, fluids etc... Knowing where you are on all aspects of vehicle will allow you to foresee future problems or expenditures for maintenance.
