Paid 12 $ for crabby car wash. Half of my car is washed the other is dirty. Why are they still open?

Don’t recommend this location at all. Pulled up this evening to an African American man at the pay kiosk “Do you need a wash?” No sir… I came here to chit chat with you. Yes, I’m at the car wash for guess what? A car wash! Paid $18 for my wash for there to still be a nasty film that wasn’t there to start with and not able to vacuum my car. I could have done this job with windex and a dirty paper towel from my kitchen. Complete waste of my time and money.

I’ve been to a few zip’s and never had a problem, but this is the worst car wash I ever received. Waste of money and I will have to take it somewhere else to finish the job. In hindsight, I should have read reviews, seeing my experience was almost identical to others. Obviously this location won’t be addressing the problems with the poor/inoperable equipment, and will continue to scam whoever they can. Lost a long time customer, by the way this has nothing to do with the employees.

This place is in pretty bad shape. None of the lights inside the tunnel worked. Half the brushes worked as well as the rinsing portion.

Unfortunately it seems that the owner has allowed this location to fall into severe disrepair. Judging by the state of the vacuum stations (all 8 out of order and in pieces) I would encourage others to avoid this place. Probably not safe to take a car through the wash judging by the state of the property. If the owner sees this. Reinvest in your property. Allowing disrepair like this is a simple problem of greed. Swallow the pill and spend the money.

Attendant was very nice and very helpful! We were kinda lost at first and couldn't get the card machine to work but after that it was awesome!

This car wash location is not working properly. The employees are aware of the problem. They are still letting customers purchase a car wash and go through. Do not go here.

Took my not really filthy….dirty, yes….but not caked with mud. Truck, through the car wash. The first wraparounds were not working, and only the lower wraparounds half way through worked. So, the truck did not get clean. And here’s where it’s a lowdown shame. The young man who I tipped, half the cost of the wash. Has to work, and be gyped out of tips….because the wash isn’t working properly. And people will go somewhere else.When I was a kid, I worked in a car wash, and the owner would have had a fit if the manager operated the wash with equipment not working. ALL the cars came out clean. Or they were ran through again. Times sure are changing. A car wash….that doesn’t get your car clean.

Their car wash is actually broken but they don’t tell you before you pay. The rollers don’t work so it just sprays water without any of the scrubbing. This isn’t a touch less car wash so it isn’t set up in this fashion.

I bought a monthly membership due to its close proximity to where I work. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. Not once did my car come out cleaner than it when it went in. There were always suds all over the right side of my car. I did ask the attendant if I could go through, just for a rinse, which they kindly obliged. However, they put more soap on it, so same result. I will say, this was also the only time that an attendant was outside, ready to direct me in for the car wash. I would usually wait several minutes, then have to walk inside to let someone know I was there. 100% will not be renewing the membership and I will not come back.

The attendant gladly took my money without telling me that half of the machines weren't even working. It wasn't until after I complained that they gave me a free car wash ticket to use at another location. The vacuums are terrible too.

The car wash didn't work. The spinning things didn't spin at all. Half the dirt didn't come off my car. Do not recommend at all.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT BUYER BEWARE!!! Went through the drive through wash after paying and the NO MACHINES WORKED. I tried to get a refund after and the car wash attendant tells me, "we can't give refunds on site" and instructed me to call the 1-800 number. I thought this was kind of a weird process to go through for a few bucks but anyways I obliged and called the number just to be told by customer service that they don't give refunds through the 1-800 number but I needed to go back to the car wash to receive a refund. I go back to the car wash and once again was told to call the 1-800 number. At this point I felt as if I was being ping ponged around and finally received the number to the regional manager who after several hours was able to cancel the payment from his side. PLEASE TAKE HEED TO THIS REVIEW AND MANY OTHERS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

Had a membership for over a year. My credit card expired and the attendant said he can save me some money if I just start a new membership so I paid and got a new sticker. Next time I tried to wash it said that I didn’t have an account and paid once more for a new membership. This was between two locations here in Edmond and each said I’d have to take it up with the other location. I reached out to corporate and all they did was offer to cancel my membership but wouldn’t give me a refund. I was extremely frustrated at this point so I agreed to cancel. I originally asked for the $20 plan on each membership but the last charge on 6/20 was for their top plan. They’ve essentially taken $55 dollars from me at this point. On top of all this the last time I needed a wash I went to two different locations on a Saturday and both were closed down. Good luck Zips – Heading to Okie Express!
