Can confidently say this is the worst car wash I have ever been to. $25 for a wash that doesn’t even get all of the dust off of your car is WILD. Avoid.

Unhappy with zip for couple reasons. 1 the vacuum were turn off right before I was done vacuuming my car. 2 the wash left water mark on my window. The guy who was working took all trash can up and took rag and cleaning stuff and put it up for the night before we were done.

Absolutely terrible! Used their app to purchase a $50 ultimate premier membership and then water and hour of my day going to the location to get the required RFID only to be told the worker didn’t have internet and couldn’t help me. He also refused to even give me a code for a free wash to make things right, so I left $50 shorter with no RFID AND no wash.
