I would highly recommend working with Heather (store manager). She went above and beyond to help fix all of the issues with my account to allow me to exchange my tungsten carbide ring (not resizeable) for a white gold ring under warranty (when I purchased my wedding ring several years ago, the warranty wasn't set up correctly in the system).Every other person I had tried to work with at Zales had simply given up on doing an exchange because the warranty that I had purchased with my ring wasn't showing up in the system.

I am very disappointed in Zales. I bought earrings for a Christmas gift and the first time they were worn they broke. When I went in with my receipt to show they were just purchased, I was immediatley told they can't take them back. I said, we don't want to return them, we just want them fixed. I was then told I would have to pay over $60 to have it fixed, or the manager said she would do me a favor and let me purchase the lifetime insurance for $75, even though it was already broken.I do not believe if something is broken the first time it is used it should be the customers responsibility. This means I was obviously sold a faulty product. I have never been to a store that if the product breaks immediately, they don't make it right. I spent $240 for something at your establishment and the response is, "With jewelery, it's not a matter of if it will break, but when". If we put the wear and tear on it, I agree, things break, but it was brand new. Not sure how this is customer service. Zales sold me a faulty item, but now I am expected to pay to get it fixed because I didn't purchase insurance. I didn't purchase insurance because I thought it would last at least 6 months to a year and then if it broke I would buy a new pair. Well I will not purchase from Zales again if they don't stand behind thier product enough to fix something if it breaks the first time worn.Very disappointed, my expectations with your company were completely different than my experience.
