MILITARY and VETERANS STAY AWAY!!!!! Worst customer service for a manager I’ve ever dealt with. He treats veterans like garbage. Bought a ring at the end of May, bought the warranty I was told could be resized, so I bought it knowing it was slightly too large. Go in to get the ring resized and am then informed oh because it’s tungsten you can’t resize it, you will need to use your protection plan and get a new ring and then buy another protection on the new ring. So I’m out that money… ends up being roughly 3 weeks now after their 60 day return policy so I had to use the plan,$159 I’m out. Bought a ring last night, after turning in that ring, and today it magically goes on sale. The store manager(male) says oh that sale just started today 8/15 in my store even though customer service is saying it started the 8th of august. He then back tracks and says well it was last Thursday-Sunday and the sale stopped and just restarted today. So lie #1 from him. He refused to even consider or even reach out for assistance because “his rules” was his verbiage but then after I said “oh your rules” he said well the store rules and those are my rules I don’t break the rules. Then he says you should have bought today instead of yesterday. Of course that got a response out of me but I still stayed cool in the store and said look I’m just asking you for customer service reach out and ask he again says nope not doing it. All I asked him to do was try and help like”hey yo I bought last night, let me see if I can help” but he was a brick wall his reply again was rules are rules….could careless about trying to be a manager and help since he store already made the sale. At the end of the day I’m just asking for the discount of 30% I should have gotten, not trying to return this ring or anything. He again says nope and walks away saying I’m done with conversation. He didn’t like being called out on his lies I caught him in while I was on the phone with customer service. Again all I want is my 30% off otherwise I will gladly make sure the whole Air Force base her locally and all military knows how they scam people and refuse to even give any sort of customer service.

I was shopping with a friend to find a necklace for my mom. The nice lady walked up to me. I think her name was sharen. And thx to her i bought a necklage. I liked this store and will defenitly come back for the good prices they have!

Conner (the store manager) was great to work with. He is very friendly, insightful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out our wedding bands and was very patient. We will be returning simply for the great customer service between him and the other associates. :) highly recommend, a great experience!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Originally, I bought a gift for my fiancé on their website and went here to pick up my order. I was greeted and helped by Connor (the store manager), who upon noticing the item I purchased was $150 cheaper at their store, offered to refund the original purchase and let me re-purchase it so I could get the discount! He was incredibly friendly and made the entire process effortless! I seriously cannot say enough good things about him, and the store as whole. Super happy with the quality of the item I purchased and their stellar customer service. Thank you all!
