This business deserves a negative ten. Notice received with delivery date; made a call to check on it - told needed appointment- wouldn’t deliver although text said it would be — hmmm - made appointment- no show- called office again— now - past the time of delivery I am told (this is now 24 hours past original notice of pkg delivery) loading truck- it would be delivered “soon” - time estimation requested - response — “soon.” I would be cautious in relying on such a business to get anything delivered. We cancelled.

Terrible service, I ordered some materials since September 23, that is the date that they have not arrived, half arrived and the other half they say that it is in another state, it is a lack of respect, no one gives an answer, they are affecting me in every way, it is a company unreliable

What a clown show..... the shipment shows up a day late, two full days after it arrived in OKC. I had called the day before and the local dispatcher said it was out for delivery. Nope, waited all day. I knew something was up when it didn't arrive early the next morning or at noon, the drivers do deliveries in the morning and pick up outgoing freight. I called again and complained, getting their commitment to deliver that day. Finally, around 4:30 a truck shows up with a DEI hire as the driver. Not at the truck dock, but parked fifty yards away. Not a single vehicle in the parking lot which is designed for 48' long semi trailers. I get five or six shipments a month, the neighbor has a half dozen every week. The woman puts up a fuss, can't back the trailer with "all the cars in the way". There were no cars. I told her to back up to the dock and she started bowing up and sassing me. Got her dispatcher on the line as I was calling their dispatch office, she lied to the dispatcher saying there were cars in the way. I took pictures....No cars. When I tried to tell the dispatcher there were no cars she covered up the phone so I shouted "Tell the dispatcher there are no cars." Meanwhile my phone call got through and the little weasel of a dispatcher started defending her. Meanwhile though she must have gotten her butt chewed out because she tried backing the truck up. Got hung up about two feet away from the metal building on the far side of the parking lot tangled up with a row of those concrete parking dividers. The truck is bobbing up and down as she climbed over the dividers but about ten minutes later she managed to get the truck over on my side of the parking lot about eight feet off center of the truck dock. Slammed into the dock and broke off a big chunk of concrete off the dock because she was angled in and off center. Twelve foot pallet, weighted maybe 300 pounds. Spent her entire time mumbling and talking to herself.
Do not use this clown show of a trucking company. They have gone woke and replaced the excellent male drivers they had before with DEI hires.

So the delivery is 10 days late and they finally bring my 12 doors out after I called them to ask when they were coming and they bring them out on a truck without a lift gate… so my son who was in a wheelchair for two month last year with a bad back has to unload them by hand… this is totally unacceptable!!! I guess this is standard for businesses doing business now. I’m really upset, what if my son hadn’t been here with his truck!!!!

Promised delivery didnt show up, I called to ask them if I could pick it up myself, They said they couldnt and promised delivery the next day. Never showed up. I had to send one of my own drivers to go and pick it up. Very poor customer service, poorly ran distribution point, would avoid at all costs. Using them will cost you time and money
