They claim to fix Samsung phones but when I brought my Z Flip 5 in for a screen protector replacement he said the screen protector is worth more than the phone. Not the whole screen just the screen protector. What a joke. EDIT - Batteries Plus has the screen protector in stock. Free the first time then just $20 in the future. If this place thinks a $20 screen protector is worth more than a $1000 phone I wouldn't trust them to fix anything. Also, if Samsung won't send you parts that should also tell you something about this place. The owner is very rude to any type of negative feedback.

Wow, I am really glad that I went to Xoom. Beautiful store, lots of phones and gadgets. Awesome service & manager was really kind. Bought an iPhone 14 pro max and came with free stuff. This would be my family store from now on. You should try it too.
