I'd give zero stars for their lack of empathy and people skills. They would not let me hold my sick baby. Go somewhere else for urgent care. They just want the money. I hope someday they are treated the same as they treat others.

Dr. Jones and the staff at Woodlake are amazing. I had a pittie who had been a victim of abuse before we rescued her. She didn’t care for men for the longest and could be barky and growly as a defense mechanism and most vets just didn’t bare minimum to do what needed to be done and shuffled her out the door. Dr. Jones took the time to get to know her and she fell in love with him. He was always so kind to her and she would get a case of happy tail when she would see him. We lost her last week and he was just as kind in helping her cross over as he was in treating her many issues. Finding someone like that to give her care was an answered prayer.

Not bad place for a progesterone test....however, if you are wanting to breed your dog and you have a male at home, they won't tell you to separate the two, so that the male can "recharge". They don't ask questions, nor do they offer any of that information. First time trying to breed my two dogs. I don't know a lot about it, I'm learning. However, they will take your money with no problems and no explanations of the process unless you ask. I won't be back!

The doctor and staff were caring and compassionate with my pets and considerate of my time and financial resources. I definitely liked their bedside manner. I would use them again and definitely recommend.

The staff took care of my Nina so wonderfully, and diagnosed her properly, which made things easier for us. Our girl is back to her normal self thanks to the proper care she received!

My girlfriend takes our cats here at least a couple times a month and they are super friendly. Super professional and it's not a hassle being there. Good
