I mean, ceramic tint on all windows at a price that makes your wallet weep with joy? Yes, please! Now, let's chat about their service. These guys are so speedy, you'll wonder if they have a team of invisible elves helping out. You drop your car off, and bam! It's done faster than you can say 'sun protection'. But beware, if you choose to wait, the seating is as limited as a diet menu at a fast-food joint. It's a bring-your-own-chair-and-snacks kind of deal. The quality? Spot on! They do such a good job; you'll start looking for excuses just to get more tints. Maybe tint your sunglasses? Your house windows? Your dog's reading glasses? The possibilities are endless! In summary, Carlos Window Tint is the place to go if you want great tint, at warp speed, without breaking the bank. Just don't expect a luxury lounge to kick back in while you wait. Four stars for making my car look cooler than a polar bear in sunglasses!

horrible !!! the parking is terrible and the customer service is terrible . went there and set outside for a hour and NO ONE asked if I needed in assistance . I watched two YT people just skip three other people of color as the Employee's decided that the other people were higher priorities . I even called before I arrive is what made it worst . there customer service is horrible . People of color "blk people'' need to go down the road for better Service .

These guys were fantastic and you can’t beat the price! From the first call to getting it installed, I have been very impressed! I called on a Saturday to get an estimate, and by noon Monday they had come to my work and had my truck good as new! The technicians were fast, friendly, and didn’t leave a trace of a mess in my truck! I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I know where I’m going!

Previous review talked about bubbles left in my tint. Carlos wanted to shirk this by pretending that they just "go away" in a public response. It's now a few months later and I still have bubbles in my tint. Downgraded to 1 star.

They had to redo both my cars more than 2 times only to get it scratched and both of my back windows they scratched and damaged on a brand new car. They scratched the outside of my car and got black oil from a (hat maybe) or so all over my white headliner in my interior. I ended up making them pay me for the damages and taking both cars. I do not recommend and took both cars elsewhere to get repairs and retinted properly.

My front passenger window was shattered and insurance paid for safelite to replace the window for free but it had no tint on it. Carlos took me as a walk in customer, was very nice on the phone when I called and asked questions. Waited about a half hour for them to start working on my car once they finished others and maybe about 15 min to complete mine. They did a great job matching the rest of my windows so my car looks great. Done fast and for a great price. Would recommend.

John and Drew were the two gentleman that came out and replaced my windshield. They were phenomenal. Communicated very well and were super friendly. And got it replaced in 30 mins, maybe a little less. It was a great experience and I will use them again for any needs in the future. Yes! They did amazing work on all three of my vehicles! I had an older vehicle that wasn't in their cut system. The owner, Carlos, had to cut it all by hand! Not one complaint! He could have easily turned me away due to the extra work involved or increased the amount, but he honored the amount told without any hesitation. I used to go to Turbo Tint/Alte Mere but it was such a hassle with warranty work having to send copy of ID and original receipt and had to make appt weeks out. The prices Carlos charged me is the price of their warranty work. Carlos worked me in same day. Can't say enough about Carlos window tinting. I have been referring all my friends to them.

Bought a new truck that had factory tinted glass only on the back windows. Brought it in without making an appointment and was in and out of there in under 40 minutes with matching tinted front windows. Very pleased with the price and quality of work.

Carlos don't keep his word whenever he says he will do a tint job. He rescheduled me 4 times only when I called hm. He know no shows and no calls our business for weeks in. Stay clear away from this thrifty business if you don't want disappointment. Find you a professional company.

I went in with a cracked winshield on my rv. Now I have a windshield that is falling out. The lady who owns the place if she will answer the phone and make you text her, seems more worried about going out of town and running her dispensaries. It was all insurance work, and she just gave me the run around and didn't correct the problem. Just kept blaming me for what they did.
