We took Koda in for shots and a hair cut. I love this place! They take such great care, keep fantastic records, and have plenty of parking! It's so refreshing compared to a megastore like Petsmart. They don't know or remember you, and if they treat you poorly they have other customers. Support Local Businesses!!

This place is such a great place. We take our large dogs here to see the vet as well as utilize their grooming service. Both of our pups love it there and we are in and out in no time.

Knowledgeable, compassionate, and all around fantastic crew!! They have just proven to be way above my highest expectations every step of the way! Our Airedale terrier Rozie got PARVO and has needed around the clock ICU level care for which they have they have given her 110%, it's looking like our Rozie just might pull through this and that has everything to do with her care team! I would definitely recommend ROCKWELL PET CLINIC 100/100!!

I've taken my dog there a couple of times and it's always been just ok. The vet barely checks him out and then just prescribes pain meds. The visit with the vet lasts about 5mins. Trying to get an appointment takes forever, they'll put you on hold for so long that you'll think they hung up or the call was disconnected...about 6-8mins of hold time each time. It usually takes 2 calls to get anyone on the line. I took my dog in last time, told the tech why I needed to take him in and his symptoms; he had issues peeing. Got there to his appointment only to find out that I shouldn't have let him pee before the visit (he's a dog, how am I supposed to stop him from peeing) or that I should have collected his urine. No one told me this when I told them the symptoms and reason why we needed to see the vet. The tech gave me a tray to collect and transport his urine sample...a tray! No lid, just a little tray. I had to ask for a proper sterile specimen collection container so I can transport the specimen. So the visit was for nothing, didn't even get to see the Vet. I took off in the middle of the day off of work for nothing. These people lack basic training and customer service skills. Edit: If I can give them ZERO stars I would. Two weeks ago, I took my dog in bc he had a limp and I wanted some advice on his diet since I thought my dog was overweight and that could affect his limbs. She just ran her hands over his legs and stomach, said he seemed fine, just fat and there was no need to worry or for any testing and prescribed him vetprophen. So after this week's urine visit debacle, I went somewhere else to get another opinion. They said that he WASN'T FAT, and that his stomach was extended and we should do an X-ray and some blood tests. X-ray showed that he has an enlarged liver and kidneys. The NEW vet noticed his hair loss too and came up with a possible prognosis for the whole situation. The Vet at Rockwell Clinic said he was Fine after "checking" him. The Vetprofen prescribed by the vet at Rockwell actually made his condition worse. All I can contribute these two events to this vet and her staff is either laziness and evidently carelessness of the entire staff or just gross incompetence of entire staff. Either way, if you love your pet and consider them a part of your family or baby, DO NOT take them here. Plus they are more expensive then other places and obviously provide way less to NO care for your baby.

I’m not sure what happened but customer service is non-existent at this office anymore. To receiving incorrect pet reminders about vaccinations, incorrect weight being noted then being lied to about the situation, to being put on hold three times because it seems nobody in this office can keep it organized. I am finally, dissatisfied and disappointed enough with the level of customer service. Starting off the New Year with a new vet office that can properly manage my pets health and their charts, because that’s important to ME! Even if your doctors and staff think it’s silly for one to be bothered by this.

Took our cat in for a spade on Thursday. Saturday morning we noticed swelling at the surgery site. It wasn't heated or red so we waited until Monday to call and have her checked. During the exam the Dr. stated that she had a hernia as a result of the surgery, explaining the internal sutures may have broken or came out. She further explained they would fix it at no cost but we needed to wait for a couple of weeks post anesthesia to repair it. Took her in for a follow up appointment 2 weeks later and she was checked again by a second Vet. He reiterated that she had a hernia and they would repair it at no cost. Asked if we could leave the cat there that morning. We did so. They performed the procedure and called to tell me all was well that she could be picked up later that afternoon. I arrived to get her and they told me it would be $127. I explained they had told me there would be no charge and I was surprised by this. The tech assisting me went back and another lady came out. She told me they had determined they weren't the cause of the hernia so I had to pay the $127. Explained they didn't want to charge full price for the procedure so they were charging anesthesia only. The swelling was significant, about the size of a goose egg. My issue is two fold, they told us there would be no cost for the repair twice and they further did not tell us of their determination that they were not the cause of the issue until we arrived to pick our cat up. They could have called and warned us or made us aware of this. They did not. Rather they chose to hold the cat until the bill was paid. I almost feel like rather than discussing the issue with us they held our cat for ransom after telling us multiple times there would be no charge and then waited until we were there to get the cat before telling us there would be associated charges. We have used this clinic for years and was honestly going to speak with them about doing another spade and scheduling that when I picked up the cat today. I will be looking for a new veterinarian to care for our animals instead.I have attached a photo of our cat with the swelling when we noticed it two days after the original surgery.

Rockwell Pet Clinic is the best. I am not sure if the negatives are due to a one time event but I have been going for 15 years with my dogs. The vets are very kind and so great at explaining, assisting, and providing good prices for pet parents. My dogs are like my children and they understand it. I felt as though I had a friend with me who cared when I had to put one of my dogs down after 14 years. I recommend this clinic and everyone who helps run it. Thank you all so much for your care!
