Customers find good prices and usually find what they need, with staff happy to order items not in stock. While some note items can be a little pricey or lack visible pricing, the service is fast and worth it. The staff are helpful, even assisting with heavy items and waiting for customers at closing. It is a reliable place for tools that won't break.

Called them looking for a tool late on a Friday afternoon. They had the tool ready for me at the counter when I arrived and waited for me to get there before closing the store even though it was closing time
