“I had purchased a used Dodge Journey that had a rattling front end and made a loud noise when I put it in gear. I took it here and they know exactly what they are doing. Front end is solid now and doesn't make noise when I put it in gear.
Also, I recently had taken my Nissan Versa to "Hibdon Tires" and had parts replaced on the front end and noticed a loud noise on the front end.
I brought the car here and they seen that Hibdon hadn't tightened the sway bar links right.
They tightened them for free.

“Had a tremendous experience at Discount Tire this past week. Went in and no pressure. We knew all 4 tires had to be replaced and wasn’t lured into something outrageous or cheap. Salesman went over warranties and price points and within 10 minutes was scheduled for service to replace within a few hours. (2 hours with a text saying they were done) Totally happy with purchase and service. Tires are smooth and quiet. After a few days I forgot to ask about my veteran discount (5%) and I went in after 5 days with my receipt and no questions asked, Discount Tire put the 5% savings back onto my card! “They were all good ? we were having a flat on the way to the doctor and noticed the tire shop down the road we only had to wait a few minutes and they helped us found a nail in the tire and it was fixed in just 30mins. Everyone was very helpful and professional the shop was nice and clean. After the work was done they handed me the keys and said no charge. I was surprised but they didn't change to repair a flat. This is the ONLY place I will EVER take my vehicles in the future.
1. Customer Service, particularly from Steve, has been outstanding. We had major mechanical issues with our vehicle. After working on the vehicle for a week, he called to let us know he found more damages causing the vehicle to be faulty. Instead of trying to get us to replace more parts, he was very honest with us on what we should do—which resulted in us filing for a total loss. Additionally, although we had already paid the shop for repairs already done, he volunteered to help us in the claims process to HELP us get that money BACK. Before finding all of this out, Steve was literally going to take TIME OUT OF HIS WEEKEND to let me come pick up my vehicle on a SATURDAY when they are closed. THAT IS AMAZING!!! All in all, he was so accommodating, personable, and ultimately a man full of character and INTEGRITY— which is hard to come by these days.

“I had an issue with a cracked rim on a 2014 CLS 550 Mercedes and had it “repaired “ in December by a well known tire company. A month later the repaired cracked rim recracked…. I was told by the tire company that if it was indeed the crack that they would not be able to repair it and I would have to purchase a new rim at the tune of $1600. Bobby from Jim Nortons Toyota on NW Expressway recommended Allen at Wheel Connection. Dropped the rim off on Friday morning and received it back Monday. They are a class act. They charged me "Half" the price of the other Tire shop. I let them do the same thing with the next two. They did a GREAT job. I will let them remounted the first two right that were screwed up. “A+ in all categories!! Not going to lie, I was a little nervous letting them fix my wheels after reading the reviews but as they say “don’t believe everything you read on the internet”.. I give them nothing but praise!! They did a great job and I couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Called and spoke with Derek on Tuesday and he had me text him pics of the damage. He reviewed, gave me an estimate of $140 a wheel, explained exactly how they fix the wheels then actually powder coat them and said they should be ready by Saturday but would probably be done sooner. Dropped them off Tuesday evening and got a message with pics telling me they were done Thursday at 1:12pm! Just picked them up and they look good as new!! “Dropped my car off for a turbo replacement and wiring harness error codes, was there a week. When I picked it up my showed that the turbo was replaced at a cost of 2400 dollars and I was informed that the two wiring codes were one and the same only after doing some research I found them to be two different problems , other wise I would have given a higher rating”
