Nice place to work. Hubby been there a year and he likes it and he makes less here then previous job pr mile but checks $400 more a week. Amazing how much more you make when your company gives you a breakdown each wk what your getting paid for. Lunesta kept everyone lost and confused on what they were getting pd for.

Wfx is the most outstanding and family oriented company I have ever worked for in 37 years of trucking. Beats anywhere I’ve ever worked , been a great 8 years so far I will retire here this is truly my final home . More years to come.

Had a family emergency with my kids and had to go home under a load. They had a driver come get the load immediately. They held my last check an extra week, charged me a $1,000 reconditioning fee and $500 orientation fee. They give you a hard time every single time you need to go home, they treat you with disrespect and don't talk to you like a human. I worked for wfx for 3 months and have never been charged such ridiculous charges in my life, when leaving a company. A reconditioning fee is a scam on its own and charging me for an orientation fee 3 months later is another scam. This company is horrible when it comes to miles, they run you good for the first 3 weeks and after that the miles start slowly decreasing.

We had a bad experience. The truck that showed up to pick up our load for an important customer did not show up with a refrigerated truck as we was clearly stated on the specifications and email. We lost the opportunity to deliver in a timely manner and now we look bad due to the truck not being able to pick up the load on time. The WFX rep, obviously was not on top of the driver to make sure everything was being done correctly

WFX is not a bad company. Been here two months. Two things I see wrong is lots of waiting time to pick up loads. And the company is unorganized, comparison to other companies their size. Hope this improves.

(LEASE PURCHASE) If your plan doesn’t consist of living out of your truck stay company driving. It has it’s up and down. If you’re homeless this is amazing. Had to walk away for my family. This is also an awesome stepping stone. Easy to get trapped if you don’t know anything. Good luck drivers may god bless your souls. Truck: 2516L OUT…

I worked here for 4 years. No at-fault accidents, no speeding tickets, no Dot violations..I grossed $265k last year as a solo driver, in April my wife had a mental breakdown so I had to turn in my truck 2097L, and transfer to Danny Wood, which is basically WFX. This past Monday I was in orientation to transfer back to WFX. Out of nowhere, they told me that I was denied transfer. No explanation..just bye. This company doesn't care how much money you make them..they don't care about their drivers. Not even the drivers that take care of them.

Banned on Indeed. The live uncut version:They write "Bad" on their spare tire so no one will steal them. Such irony. Firstly they want everyone on lease purchase. If you're too sharp to realize their lease purchase drivers are making little more than their company drivers. $1.32 don't cut it. .23 per mile for the truck. The more you drive the more you pay. I saw WFE lease purchase drivers beaming with arrogant pride. I sorry. Did I make fun of the mentally challenged? If you're as unlucky as myself and get hired as a company driver you'll recognize warning signs. Firstly, they don't pay you for orientation. Then they'll put your fuel reimbursement on an EFS card. When you cash it out they deduct it from your paycheck as a cash advance. When you call in for anything they talk over you. They won't stop talking. Not even loud profanity will stop their jibberjabber. They love hearing their own empty meaningless verbiage. Don't you? During orientation you're told you pay for damage to equipment. That violates every insurance law known. That's all called incidental business expenses. Did I mention mentally challenged? Then guess what's next? They burn you on your mileage pay. So original right?

While in orientation I received a phone call that my brother passed away. The vice president of the company overheard my conversation after I got off the phone he booked me a flight to Colorado to be with my mother. Mind you my drug test still wasn't back but they still flew me to Colorado. Words can't explain how great full I am. On the 6th of this month I informed my recruiter that I was ready to come back and they got me a car rent to return back to Oklahoma. Thank you again wfx for all that you did for me during this tragic time. I have nothing but love and respect for you as a company. I have been doing this for 12 years and I have never heard of a company that would fly someone who hasn't even passed a drug test. So from the bottom of mine and my family's heart THANK YOU.

Love this place , everyone so up front and tell what you need to know. It’s a OTR job so to make money you have to be on the road. Make it work for you !!! Save money back for that home time. Don’t over fuel , keep your expenses low on the road and you’ll make great money, I know I am . I love it !!!!

COMPANY DRIVER REVIEW. don't. They are micromanaging liars. God forbid you take more than a 10hr break... I literally had no at fault service failures due to clock management. But, had nothing but trouble with the truck I was issued and was blamed for having something wrong.....two flat drive tires (still made my appts). Driver mirror snapped while trying to fold it in, tight parking situation (it snaps and they charged me for it! Your are not a person to them. YOU'RE A CLOCK. I asked for a different dm off the top, nothing happened.... so I think Lauren Lawhead(dry van ops) is backing up Casey Porter(temp dm dry van). You will get a phone call every morning and voicmail and Quall msg from Casey. Run your clock out and 10hr break strict. Even if you are making your appts.... makes no since. Good luck. I would avoid this place.

I love the lease program they give you the tools to be successful. The team of dispatchers and planners are a great bunch of people who care. Every time I have a break down with a trailer that department is always ready to help. They will keep you rolling and I am thankful for the opportunity to shine. It is true that each driver has the keys to be successful only if you have a great attitude I for one am thankful for the opportunities to work with the leadership of WFX .Best RegardsKevin Hackler
