I have nothing bad to say about the owner he was always respectful and professional but that crackhead woman he has working in the front office and the maintenance men are a different story I was robbed Christmas day I believe they all was in on it save yourself the trouble fr!

Jason Sossaman is a thief, he stole rent money from tenants and went to prison for stealing from the landlord. You can find his information on the OSCN. The maintenance men here often use drugs. Price has now increased from $169 weekly to $199. There are bed bugs and roaches that come from other units, it doesn’t matter how much you clean

I'm just staying here for a few more weeks until I can go home,but so far not bad at all seems they've been able to follow suit with most other complexes this summer and switch to vinal flooring soooo much cleaner then carpet way easier to maintain the ceiling fans in every space but the bathrooms and kitchen super awesome nice touch,they could've done better patch work every patch is visible and under the sinks there's no walls at least in the unit I reside in momentarily.theres a constant need for yard work let's just say I'm almost to the point where I'm just going to do it myself? but this place over all is nice and hopefully only to get nicer...just one question why is the office building so small where do they keep there on hands for maintaince work.

Pretty good application process. 3 star for decent service. Quality of structures are lackluster at best.

Possibly one of the worst places to live in okc. Rude management and the maintenance team is basically nonexistent. I regretted signing the lease just 2 months in.

This place is horrible. We bug bombed 5 times in a week and never got rid of the cockroaches. The pool has several dead animals in it and the manager did nothing about it for months. They let the children run wild and the manager even taught the kids how to dumpster dive. There were 17 shootiongs in two months. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!
