The worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. Manager was rude and needs to be retrained. Soda machine wasn't working and she had an attitude when I asked if it worked.The manager should be replaced..My last visit to this location, ever.Update:Three of us ate a this Wendy's on 89th and Penn.My son missed work on Monday, vomiting and crapping his guts out, I was sick on Tuesday.also stuck on the toilet for over 8 total hours and my daughter was also sick to her stomach. All 3 of us got sick from eating Wendy's rotten food.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️??????????????

I have been here mutiple times and Im sorry it is horrible EVERYTIME the meat is over cooked old old and shrinked up ...the inside was so nasty with an odor one time I didn't even sit down...norhing inside looks clean..this Wendy's is VERY disappointing something got to.give someone need to step in because there is no way they are allowing this place to operate like this

Drive through was bad. My order was wrong. Was told to pull up to the side door, which blocked the lane. I would not recommend this location.

Overall it was one of the worst "fast" food experiences I've had in a long time. The person at the counter was kinda rude, and not engaging at all. It felt like she was annoyed we were eating there.The crew moved without motivation. When I worked at Wendy's you were supposed to complete each sandwich in 35 seconds, which is easy with a tiny bit of effort. However, even tho we could see that there were only 3 orders in front of us, it took 20 minutes to get our food. This wouldn't have been an issue had our food been fresh.However, my nuggets tasted like they had been in the warmer for at least an hour. I did happen to notice that they were cooking entire bags of nuggets even though it was dead. Funny, they gave me the last of the old nuggets, so they dropped a whole new bag (looked like 80+ nuggets, but I'm not good at counting at a glance from a distance. It was a larger bag of nuggets than I've seen other restaurants use), despite not having a single customer after me.I've been a manager of a Wendy's, as well as manager of a few other restaurants, and that crew was under performing bad. Serving food long past it's due, but keeping food costs up by over dropping. Their customer service was horrible, and it was dirty as hell for a brand new store. It was trashed.This morning my stomach is upset. Not super bad like food poisoning bad, but like you ate food your stomach didn't agree with. I'm pretty sure Wendy's isn't normally known for upsetting your stomach like hangover+taco bell, cuz if it was I wouldn't have eaten there in the first place. I don't eat taco bell because I don't like what it does to my stomach, and I don't drink and that's one of many reasons why.It's sad that such a brand new, super nice store (built about 6 months ago, not moved in, built) has already started looking like that. But the crews lack of motivation and attitude is clearly why.I would file a complaint, but I trashed the receipt. I'm not interested in a replacement or argument to get a refund.Wouldn't be a surprise if we start hearing about this location making people sick.

2/27/24 at 1745. Watched the older African American lady, assuming the on-duty manager (or at least she acted with delusions of grandeur and importance) yell at not one, not two, but three different customers during less than 10 minutes while waiting for my order (which was wrong). She berated new customers attempting to order, "Y'all may as well sit down and wait or go somewhere else, it's gonna be a while before I can take y'alls order." She yelled at an older woman for not responding to her repeated call-out of "Order W!" saying she needed to pay attention when the woman's last name only began with the letter W, so she was understandably confused and didn't initially respond. I absolutely understand fast food is not an easy job but as with any other job in 2024: Everybody's hiring. If you really hate your job that much do everyone a favor and quit and find something else. Finally, this is a Wendy's, your food isn't nearly good enough to have Waffle House-level customer service and get away with it.

Noone in the restaurant and noone in drive thru. They make me wait 10 min to place an order, and then are rude about it. Feb 17th, 2024 at 445. Worst manager I've ever spoken too.

I know you’all are relatively new and nobody wants to work anymore…. so you’re short staffed all the time…., but this location is soooooooooo slow. Like, use up your whole lunch break sitting by order window waiting to order kind of slow…. Also, while you look fabulous. No way you’re keeping food clean with 2 inch nails. Hugs and kisses and 5 star because none of this matters.

Terrible service, anytime I order a special drink, and that includes a frosty, I almost never get it. I can't even get the fries that come with my combo.

the manager was so rude. they forgot my sauce, had to go back in, didn’t get an apology, asked for the manager to figure out that it was HIM who was the one at the window. and then i realized they forgot my salad had to go BACK through the drive through and he didn’t say anything and of course not an apology. handed the food very rudely. not to mention when i first started ordering my food he could not stop interrupting and asking “is that it?” after every thing i said.

Normally have had pretty good luck with Wendy's breakfast in the Yukon mustang area however the kiddo and myself stopped by this one today and I literally thought I was getting pranked. Sausage biscuits took one bite and about threw up it was like a burnt tire I called them and said they didn't issue a receipt and they said I had to bring the food back for a refund I'm not driving 30 mins back there for $3-4 won't be going back to this one again ! Should have went to chic fil a like our first instinct

The good is good. Had an issue with a promo. If would not work in the app and the help had no work around to make it work. I was a little upset the a Corporation like Wendy's would let this happen and not have a solution. They knew there was a problem and did nothing about it.Still much better than the McDonald's right across the street.
