Dr Carey Bachman, and the staff there were all so kind to me and my husband. They helped us navigate the process of letting our fur baby go peacefully after 14 years with him. We can’t thank you guys enough for the kindness you showed us during the most difficult time for us.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Wedgewood! The new management and staff are nothing short of amazing. Dr. Little Jim, Dr. Bachman, Nikki, Morgan, Taylor, Kim, and Stormi truly go above and beyond. When I brought in my very sick rescue puppy, they were incredibly quick, efficient, and compassionate. By the next day, he was feeling 100 times better!
I’m so grateful for their extended hours and weekend availability—without them, I would have had to seek urgent care. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really puts your mind at ease. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of care they provide.
I genuinely believe that with their exceptional standard of care, Wedgewood will make a positive impact on the veterinary community along NW Expressway. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary services!

I have three dogs, and each one has been treated excellent here. All the staff are very kind. The clinic is clean. Every time I’ve called to get an appointment I get in within a day. No complaints! Great veterinary clinic.

We have 15 YO, four-pound Morkie who developed a severe abscessed tooth. After a misdiagnosis and an additional ER vet visit, we found Wedgewood and Dr. Johns.From the moment the Wedgewood team answered the phone, we were set at ease. They prioritized her care the moment we arrived.Because we needed an extraction, and she is 15, and has a 5-out-of-five heart murmur the Wedgewood staff expertly consulted with us about the potential risks. We knew them and understood.Dr. Johns called later in the afternoon with wonderful news. She made it through and had all the extractions she needed done. The post-care has been successful and she is back to her old chipper self.We are moving all of our vet needs to Wedgewood. Our first impression and care have truly been five-star. Thank you for helping her get back to chasing butterflies again.

I brought in a rescued dog in for a checkup and to get vaccines. The woman at the desk was absolutely nice and the young woman with the piercings that checked for a chip was nice as well. When the I assume vets came in, I'm not sure exactly who was who because they didn't even introduce themselves just started talking to the dog. They started checking out the pup and going over injury's and what not, then started talking at me more than to me. The woman who spoke stated that I need to put up posters and look on facebook because this is most likely someone's dog and just got out. She went on and on about doing everything I could to find the owners and then come back and put some money into the care of the dog. I didn't bother to tell her that we rescued her from an area where dogs are dumped because she seemed to not want to hear anything other than what she believed was right. I didn't feel very comfortable with them so I just kept it cool and decided we would go somewhere else. Also, I understand that you usually have to pay for a visit but $50 for a 5-10-minute speech about finding the "owners and then come back" RIDICULOUS. I wish I knew that Dr. Heintz had left, we will be going to him in the future.

We have taken our little dog there for years. We have had several different vets over that time, but all of them have been awesome and taken good care of us. The rest of the staff is also great.

These folks are really good people and genuinely care about people's pets.. They realize that your pets are part of the family, my dog Sierra is basically the kid I never had and yup... Spoiled rotton. ?

We had to put our dog down. This place was referred to us by family. The vets and Dr. was super nice and understanding.We put forth our trust that the whole procedure and everything promised during the process will be taken care of. We were supposed to get a hair/fur clipping of our dog. We were devastated when we didn't get it and called back to find out that no one did it.How often does this happen? We don't know. But we do recommend the clinic have a procedure checklist in place for providing this type of services. Even if it was not a separate charge, it was a service the clinic provided in conjunction with the whole process.If you have to put your love pets down at this clinic, please be sure to have them make a checklist of what they said they are doing and what will be provided.

We are new customers at Wedgwood March 2023, and we have had great experiences both times we have been in. We have two senior pups 15 yrs and two puppies. We came in initially to get a third opinion for our littlest pup Jolie Jay, who was diagnosed by another vet with a level 3 heart murmur. Our prior vet said to put her down or give her back! Our new vet at Wedgewood is working with us in an opposing manner through care and humor which we so very much appreciate! When you walk up they have flowers planted, it is very clean in all areas, there are not other people and animals packed into a small smelly waiting room. We have received great care so far from all and we are so happy we made the change. I wish we joined sooner, but we are here now! Love this clinic! I pay more just to go to them because they're so nice. Instead of cheaper and free services. Dr. Hines is super cool!
