Along with Kris I have also went through this car wash with 2 inch lights mounted to my hood. The first time the rollers was turned on. This last time I noticed it was not on the top or the sides. I asked the manager if this was a malfunction in the system and I got the rudest reply. Manager Ed. Made a snub reply about my 2 inch lights. As I kindly showed him that those lights won't go anywhere, Ed unprofessionally told me to take my business elsewhere. Mr. Ed I think you need retrained as an employee and not management because I won't tolerate being treated like an option and not a consumer.

Thank You Everyone for your support. They say it's their policy and that my little lights can mess up the rollers. Okie carwash will wash your truck tho. I was afraid to bring my truck back thru anyways if a couple small light could damage this carwash then maybe it's not safe to go thru it. I guess I didn't know how fragile the rollers are I'm glad they didn't fall off and go thru my windshield. As far as Ed they said they talked to him but who really knows. A rude manager is not a good role model for the rest of the crew.Im dropping my membership it's just a shame I didn't get my money's worth. I recommend going up the road to Okies Carwash. You actually get a better wash and the whole team is very polite and friendly.

The manager Ed should treat people better. These small 2-inch lights are not an issue up the road in Choctaw. I recommend all the trucks to use the Okie car wash. Kris, we got you on this. Big business does not value customers. It's not a loss over a few members leaving due to a rude manager and not getting what you paid for. I'm recommending everyone to find a place your hard earned cash is appreciated.

The manager Ed rudely declined my brother who has a membership a car wash. He turned off some of the rollers because there was 2 in lights in the top of his truck. Do not recommended going to this car wash if you’re wanting to get your vehicle clean! Seems like Ed doesn’t have any customer service skills or management skills nor does he put his customers first! Not even close!!

Ed didn't honor the full car wash that was paid for because of truck's lights on my dad’s vehicle . It seems like customer satisfaction isn't their priority. I'd recommend looking for a more reliable car wash. Just a heads-up to be cautious when choosing where to go.

Last week a site manager named Ed refused to give a friend of mine a full car wash that he paid for over a couple of 2 inch lights on his truck. This has gotten around to our truck club and many members plan on dropping our monthly subscription and going elsewhere. This Ed was rude and the situation was not handled properly in my opinon, so look forward to a bunch of 1 star reviews and many people dropping their memberships. But like many other big businesses the customer is not valued. If the customers were valued, an apology from Ed would have been made and my buddies truck would be washed correctly. Do better!!!

Beware there is a guy named Ed who is on a power trip at this place. I have 2 small 2 inch lights fully secured to my truck. Been thru many car washes and have went thru watershed many times as well. This guy refused to turn the hood brush on so I could get a full wash even tho I pay for a full membership. He stated that my 2inch lights would mess up his roller brushes. He does not know how to talk to customers and should be retrained in his job.

I was behind a truck today and witnessed the manager talking down to a customer. I pulled next to the customer at the vacuum and talked to him. It was all over the manager not turning on the brushes to give a full wash that he paid for. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They do not value customers.
