It's really very sad that this company, who was once a preferred store, has lowered their standards, so that they deliver the worse of the out dated produce to those who are forced to use delivery. What happened to the day when the rotten and outdated items were pitched as unfit to eat.. But now we have no choices but to take a chance that we're paying the same price for it as if it were fresh? The folks who order to their home, pay for that service and yet they are treated as if they are beggars (who by the way also do not deserve to be served the store's garbage. The MANY product reviews on the shopping app are revealing. They really should express their dissatisfaction right here as well. I feel sorry for the employees who catch heck when they are only trying to earn a small living. Whomever it is on the upper level of manager, that instructs and insists that the pickers who load the carts to be delivered to us, load the rotting produce first should consider that one day they will end up old and unable as well, and in that day, they will have set the low standards for the groceries delivered to them.

Purchased phone, issue w phone display, went to exchange and customer service person did a refund instead and that cancelled the phone plan. Which caused me to hv to purchase an additional phone plan, after maybe phone being used 10 min. ?

I did an order pick up and this Walmart was so rude and awful. Nobody was willing to help me get my item so I went inside and asked to speak to a manager and her response was “I’m to busy”. Ayden finally came out and said sorry I can’t do your order you have to wait, and now it’s getting shipped to my house instead

One of the worst Walmart's in the country. Whatever you're going there to get, they're out of it. If you order for pickup on the app, they'll process the order and send you a message 3 hours later that they're out of the item. Basic items you can get at any grocery store, they're out of it. Go to Aldi's, Pruett's, Homeland or any other store within 5 minutes for groceries. There's a Homeland and Ace hardware within half a mile that has items in stock. Just go there first and save yourself the time.

The customer service representative in the front of the store which was a young female of either the Asian, Hispanic, or Native American race was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was slow and tried to avoid helping people in addition to having a very smart mouth when addressing people.

Once again you have dreamed mh order al ln day long and have still not received it! No explantation given as to why delayed then I tried to cancel it and your not sure you can because it might be ready? What the he'll gives with your store?

I ordered 102 items. These are the 19 items I didn’t receive:pickled beets,5# Russet potatoes,camomile tea,variety pack tea,head fresh lettuce,head fresh cabbage ,bread, 2frozen biscuits,onions, 5”#avocados, 6ginger ale, 6blackberry preserves;alcohol 91%,Tylenol substitute;ammonia,paper towels, 2steel scrubbers,1” binder,yellow highlightersTip: if you sort the items by aisle, then the picker will know where to pick.

Absolutely terrible experience with their delivery services. An item that was supposed to be delivered the same day was not. EVEN WORSE they delivered 21 out of my 45 items. I had to call customer service twice because the first associate hung up on me after 25 minutes of going over what items were missing. So, I had to call back a second time. I never received so much as an apology. They told me they would refund my money and it can take up to 10 days to get it back. That was the money I had set aside for groceries for my family for the week. As embarrassing as this is, we had to use a food bank until Walmart finally reimbursed us. Walmart has lost my family's business and they don't even seem to care. We won't even get our prescriptions here again. They are literally losing an easy $10K a year by us leaving and again they don't care. I even sent an email to their ethical department, with ZERO response and that was 2 weeks ago.

When ordering via delivery/pickup, they seem to always substitute items but if you shop inside the store, those same items will be in stock.
