I was able to find everything on my list. People were friendly. And they have more motorized carts. The first cart I tried to use would come to a complete stop for no reason. It wasn't out of charge. It showed 98%. It would be going smoothly, then stop. I kind of found myself sliding forward. I told the first worker that it could give someone whiplash.

Great customer service at this store! I just called to ask a question about a product I purchased there yesterday and the store operator was very polite and was able to answer my question quickly and kindly. Thanks y'all!

Not sure what the deal is at this location but anytime I’ve ask for help locating an item I get told “I don’t think we have that here”. Not that they actually look in their system or check, that’s just the default response. Sent husband in today to grab gluten-free bread and when he asked an associate for help he was told they don’t carry gluten-free bread at this location. They do carry it, of course, and I’ve bought it here before. Had to get on the app and see what aisle it was located on to relay to my husband so he could find it. *eye roll* I know Walmart has a pretty extensive training line up so I must assume it’s a lack of caring at this store and a broken culture. ?♀️

Went here to buy anniversary items for my wife and i. I bought a bottle of champagne and i asked the associate to approve that im over 21 (im 35) and she pointed out that my license was expired and for some reason that negates the listed age in the government issued ID. So i pulled my paper government-issued temporary license (that i was issued while my real id comes in the mail) and I was refused with my government official paper ID (even the manager that came over said he cant take my GOVERNMENT ISSUED paper ID). So i left all of my items and i purchased nothing. Good going walmart

I use to hate Walmart but NOT now!! They have free pick up and free shipping on anything over $35! I actually ordered and had shipped free my garden soil and rocks! The really great thing is the convenience! I picked up my groceries(at pick up area) including wine(which saved a stop) returned an item, not ordered from the same store, all in less than 5 minutes!! The app is awesome! The helpers are always polite and friendly! Great experience!

Probably the best Walmart in SW OKC! usually has everything I want. Delivery service is better here too than other stores!(the stores use different delivery people). Nearly always have ever item I want in stock. My mother and brother both recommended it to me. They both shop there. Food and general supplies in capacity of Neighborhood stores.

You don't complain to a customer about where they park during a pickup with a snarky attitude and a smile. Boohoo, you had to walk a few spaces down. If it's that physically exhausting for you get a different position. ?

Always clean and friendly. Maybe not stocked as well as a Super Walmart but always not very busy,which has its positives !!!
