The customer service team there dose not know how to do there job the refuse to cash out money order for me I ask em to show me a policy they didn't have it the manager came acted she is asking em to do it then she told me walmart dose not have the same system ???? Really ??? U guys sucks at your job I think u need to learn more about the services that walmart offers u can't refuse money order from postal office.

Great Walmart improvements ! Need to have a better produce because are always out of everything. Also isles are really close together a lot of blind spots.

They have every register and self checkout turned off except 10 three hours before they close. Totally ridiculous
Now I can’t get any help with missing items in my pickup order. I have let the phone ring for 10 minutes was cut off once and no answer the other three times I have called. Can’t get help from online customer service because you can’t understand a word they say. I can’t even get the operator to pick up. I spend over 500 a month and I can’t even get a manager to speak to me. I’m completely done with Walmart. Moving all my prescriptions and my business

I mean who doesn't like Walmart. I often go there for fresh fish, fruits, Patti L. pies, etc. But on my last visit there I was buying one mango and accidentally tabbed in 10 mangoes, 9 of which I never received. I did realize it til I got home that I had bought 10 mangoes and only got one through self-check out. I haven't been back since.

They weren't that busy and had a good selection to choose from when I went. It was harder to find my usual items due to the store being newly remodeled. But I absolutely love the new layout and how everything was designed. It definitely was an upgrade to the old way it used to look.

Walmart is no longer the saving place. They have raised their prices so high it makes it even harder for a person on fixed income to feed their family. Makes me sick to see how money hungry these people are.

Well, with my many issues with Walmart, one of which is not having enough checkout employees. self checkout is okay if you want a second job. I am too busy to work at Walmart, and they don't pay me enough, but the one that grinds my gears the most is that all of the cottage cheese in the store is always Frozen, which ruptures the Kurds and gives it a nasty texture. Why is it so hard not to freeze the cottage cheese? It forces me to go to Braum's to get cottage cheese that is not Frozen but they're cottage cheese taste like cardboard helpful tip for those that want to know hold the cottage cheese up to the light and tilt the container to see if it's runny or if it's a coagulated mess you're welcome.

There wasn’t enough self checkouts so I went to a register with an actual person. VANESSA was her name she was a black lady. She rolled her eyes at me and slowly started putting on gloves to tend to me. Never greeted me and didn’t even give me my total. I told her I hope she has a better day and she went off on me. I told her she never even said a word to me and she said I didn’t speak either so it goes both ways. She pulled back her hand with my change and wouldn’t give it to me while she proceeded to speak very unprofessional to me. I asked her several times to give me my change back.
Spoke with the manager and nothing will probably be done. Employees should get some customer service training.
