Got excit r because they had HELLA makeup on clearance. I took a video so remember that- I have VIDEO EVIDENCE of the price. Purchased the items and it was a lot but didn’t think of it until I left. Looked at receipt, I was charged full price for everything. Brought it back and they said oh well.
They said the stickers are hard to read. First off, I’m not an idiot. Secondly, I had a Walmart worker assist me because everything was behind locked cases. She was also commenting on the great prices. So I returned everything because they can’t honor their listed prices. They also had REALLY bad attitudes the whole time. The customer service worker was being so dramatic with the manger when I was like, “Listen we just want a refund. It’s that simple”. So since I have a video, shouldn’t I have been sold the items at the listed price???

Was forced to go through the self checkout and was having a lot of problems, but the young gentleman working the area came over and worked me through it fairly quickly!

Manager and staff where very unhelpful with refilling lyrica that was shorted 60 tablet out of 90
Yes it's a narcotic . I get it, there are protocals to follow. Yes advised to take it up with manufacturers. Okay I would if I had the information who to get a hold of or name of company. Not everyone will know to look under lable for manufactures companiname. People need guidance and education.
I also it's not just manufacturers but pharmacist and patients are responsible.
I will contact Wal-Mart to ask about doing a medication audit in your store on the lyrica also will be
getting a hold of the manufacturer
about my concerns.
Not just manufacturers it patient, pharmacy fult.

It's a good walmart but the hours seem to change every week. So I never know when they actually open. Sometimes it's 6. Sometime it's 7. Sometimes it's even 8

Tried to tell a problem to the old blonde headed lady by the self check out that the milk lids might not be on them correctly this the second time I buy milk from here in the matter of 2 weeks where the lid is not on correctly and that lady got mad when I tried to tell her what kind of customer service is this

My Dr called me in a script & when I went up there the girl working the register at the pharmacy told me I did not have any scripts called this month at all I thought maybe my dr called it to.the one on i44 & 104 so I called there they told me that it was at the pharmacy on 104 western & it was called in the day before.

I used to shop here everyday and add cash to chime. I spoke with the young lady prior to even checking out my items that I was needing to add money to my chime card if she could do that for me. She said yes as long as I have the physical card. Well instead of coming up while I'm wasting my time buying things at this store which will be the last time, I have to go up to her as she's not paying attention to any other customers and mentioned her again that I need to add money and then she says that they had to close the teal down. I'm sorry if you do not close down until 11:00 then your chill should not be closed until 11:00. As for the manager heaven, she was very rude and inconsiderate of my frustration with the situation and got an attitude. When I asked her why she had to shut the teal down and asked if there was a malfunction or if they just did it out of laziness. Not trying to do it at the last minute and she said well there was a malfunction earlier this morning if you must know. Never will I ever go back to this Walmart and I just about returned all my items.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. They are always patient, helpful and friendly. We have transferred prescriptions away as we’ve moved away from this Walmart and then transferred them back as we realize that other Walmart pharmacies aren’t as good as this one. Carson was particularly helpful on the phone when insurance and my doctor were making it hard to get a prescription. 10/10 for the pharmacy
