Worst pickup experience of my life. The person actually putting the item in the car was nice (else would have been one star) but nothing else went right. First, the item should have been in the store when I was inside to buy it, but rather than hunt down customer service to see if they even had it, I did a pickup order. It was ready in a couple hours, but now traffic was worse than earlier. The first parking spot I tried had two digits and couldn't be confirmed in the app, or if it was accepted, there was nothing to show that the number was accepted. I tried to call the "I am here" number on the pickup signpost, but that went to voicemail, so I moved to a single digit spot. That took 5 or 10 minutes because someone was loading in the traffic lane, not an employee though. Someone started to back into me, to add to the fun. I get to the new spot, type in the number, wait, and the app says it's been delivered before I had my hands on it. I try the number again, still to voicemail. Concerned there's been a screw up, I start to head into store and find the worker with my item. She helpfully finds room in my car.

Customer service doesn't exist here, don't waste your time, nor money with any Walmart, especially this one. Bought a car battery 25 days ago. It failed had both my car alternator tested and there battery both said good but needed charged. Ok cool charged it that day while waiting bought another battery. After original charged set in on floor in car not hooked up for just 3 days and battery dead again yet still testing good.. because of that they won't replace or refund, and basically called me a lair to my face. I even showed paperwork proving my claims are true from AutoZone. "Oh we can't expect that" wow

Is the worst Walmart pharmacy I've ever been to. They don't even understand the difference between intramuscular needles and regular needles. I was already on the fence about going to Walmart anymore but this about does it.

If you're trying to get something that is locked up, you might as well go somewhere else for it. We waited 10 minutes and pressed the button 3 times and never once did someone come to get the product out. There were multiple employees stocking in the area and saw us standing there but did nothing. Reminds me why I don't shop at Walmart.

Kristi and Daniel , I was delighted with the help I received from Daniel and his referral to Kristi they are patient articulate and as detailed as necessary , they answered all my questions and helped me understand all of the uniqueness of their products and how they could best help me. They walked me through every detail I left sure and confident in all the knowledge I gained about banking with CNB. I miss this kind of service and integrity, when business was done like this I enjoyed business interactions more I look forward to visits and phone calls at CNB because of Daniel and the services provided by Kristi thanks so much for such a wonderful experience each time I look forward to building a financial success with their knowledge and support. I do not like the store layout or the clothes they have now. I don't like being followed or blocked by the home delivery carts.
I do love self checkout. It is easy & usually without problems.

I have been trying to apply at this Walmart for 3 months. I keep applying. And don’t even get a call back or a message. I try calling every store department. To see if I can get a response from a store manager. And get zero replies. I’ve called over a 100 times. To every department and can’t get deli, automotive, the store operator or pharmacy to pick up. I’ve came in and talked to customer service. And the managers are never there. But I thought a on duty manager always was supposed to be available. Worst hiring process ever.
