Favorite neighborhood Walmart Mrs Susan is always nice Mrs Tracy as well i didn't catch the name of the lady with dreadlocks but she is awesome as well always smiles and always helpful

It is a nice Walmart neighbor market. The store is neat and well stocked. I was able to find everything I needed. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. I didn't really encounter any Walmart employees but I didn't need assistance and I did self check out.

There are no words to describe the tremendous atrocities I've witnessed at this walmart over the years, this experience topping every bad one and ruining my trust in public bathrooms all together. When I tell you that not only was the smell absolute hell but then having to lay my eyes on this explosion of doodoo was the straw that broke the camels back, being pregnant and not having access to a clean bathroom made me leave without buying anything, I understand the bathroom cannot always be clean but I watched an associate exit the bathroom as soon as I went in, perchance she was the culprit.

No one at this location has any concept of customer service. I shop here on a regular basis and have, many times, not been able to get any help with getting anything from locked cases, pushing the assistance needed button multiple times, asking store associates for help and still waiting over 20 minutes without ever being helped. Many times multiple self checkout stations are down and there is rarely an actual cashier working.
This morning my girlfriend was shopping at this store and needed assistance but was instead treated rudely and accused of being crazy by the manager on duty for trying to find an associate to assist her that was not preoccupied in conversation with another associate. Having worked for Walmart myself, I know that the lack of customer service and lack of respect for individuals and customers in this store is appalling enough that it should raise huge red flags for, if not store management, then the Market Manager should step in. There are huge competency issues involved when store staff is insulting enough to a guest to make them leave in tears.
