Completely screwed me over. Made an appointment for a COVID test and when I got there, they decided it would be a good time to tell me they were out. I needed a test to go back to work, they were no help in getting me an appointment anywhere else. The next closest appointment for that day was over 13 miles away (I had to look it up myself, because they weren’t helping). Now, I have to pay even more to get a test from either CVS or Walmart. Very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend anyone going to such an unprofessional establishment

It’s a Walgreens. And I’ve had better experiences with the pharmacy here than I have had at other Walgreens around the City including Edmond.I think most of y’all are mad in the reviews because they didn’t have your Rx IMMEDIATELY. Y’all should know that happens everywhere.

At the front of the drive thru waiting to speak with someone for 5 minutes. Then was told a different price than shown on the app. I went to pay and they said sorry, actually we are closed. Even though I arrived before the posted closing time and any further delay would be on their end. They seemed completely apathetic and this is further evidenced by the other poor reviews.

A woman that works at the photo booth/station seems to be hateful towards people. Not to mention that it's almost Christmas and some of us would truly appreciate some kindness. Instead she was being short, snappy and disrespectful. Merry Christmas!

This location showed up when I searched 24 hour pharmacy so I used it to get some antibiotics prescribed. Called the location to see when my prescription would be ready and the recording said it would be ready for pick-up “after 7:15pm”. Went to pick it up at 7:30 to find out they closed at 6pm. Explain to me how it would be ready to pickup after 7:15?? So I guess I have to start my antibiotics tomorrow.

Horrible customer service. Will not fill prescriptions with them anymore. Transferring it out to someone else.

Night shift nurse here. Went in for about 20 minutes on my night off to do some shopping, since the big stores were closed. The manager immediately asked me if he could assist me while I was looking at makeup. I said no, just browsing, then he proceeded to linger in the makeup section. I moved on, simply because I'm not comfortable taking my time with someone obviously watching me. When I was almost finished I decided I did want to get the makeup I'd been looking at and went back over to check it out. He immediately swooped in and asked what I needed. I firmly said "nothing, I'm just shopping for makeup." He made a face and stared at me. I proceeded to check out with my items; then I asked him to stop harassing female customers for simply looking at products, and offered to show my bag and that I had nothing to hide. Will be going to the CVS across the street now.

Fill your prescriptions elsewhere. This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had, and it's clear based on these reviews that my experience is not unusual. I waited over two hours for my young child's medication after leaving an urgent care appointment. After arriving to the pharmacy 25 minutes after leaving her appointment, they said they did not receive any prescription. I called the urgent care to confirm and they noted that their system shows it was received by Walgreens, but they would send it again to be safe. I give the store another 30 minutes after the script was sent a second time, with a sick child waiting in the car and they tell me that they received it only "minutes ago" and to come back in an hour to an hour and a half. After I had already been waiting over an hour. So, I gave another 30 minutes, came back and was told to give them another hour and that I was not allowed to wait in the drive through. The claim of "just receiving" shows they either have system issues, or inattentive staff. When I asked them to please send my prescription to another Walgreens pharmacy that could fill it sooner, they said they would not. CVS across the street has filled my family's urgent care scripts within 20 minutes- so take your business across the street, folks! Don't sit with a sick, crying child in your backseat for 2 hours, because these people don't care and they are not there to serve you.

You wait hours to pick up prescriptions after they blow up your phone calling to say your prescriptions are ready.

The drive thru pharmacy is better here than some others. I’m coming here to say how nice some of the workers are inside. I just started using coupons last week and one associate took her time to explain to me how they work and if I was doing it correctly. I really appreciated that. I love this location. Britton and Penn needs some serious lessons from here :)

I attempted to call the pharmacy on 3/23 @ 1:20 in the afternoon. There is a lunch break that the pharmacy receives at 1:30. I had to wait on hold for about 7-minutes before someone picked up to then deliberately hang up on me so that I could not call back until 2. Do NOT recommend this Walgreens at all if this is what they consider professional.

I was in the drive thru line to get my medication at 1:15. The two people in front of me took 15 minutes to get helped and the staff went on lunch break at 1:30. They closed the curtain and refused to assist me. I went inside and the pharmacist said "I'm not helping knock on the door to ask the manager." I did and the staff left out the back door. I get that they have lunch, but the expectation should me that those in line before lunch break should get assisted.
