I am very upset I was in the pharmacy drive thru before 6pm waiting patiently for my husband meds who by the way we just left the er after he sliced the tip of his finger off. They put thier sign up KNOWING I was there. I have always been supportive to the techs but today was completely uncalled for. Oh and let's ignore me and laughing about it. Uncalled for very disappointed in your actions.

Incomplete and delayed prescriptions the last few times that I've been here, despite the doctor calling them in 6 hours before I picked them up. Told to wait 10 minutes for them to finish every time, but it usually ends up being longer.You guys need a couple of more people on your pharmacy staff whose job is only to pull orders. It's a disorganized madhouse back there.. Also someone whose job it is to answer the phone. Don't bother calling this location, as they never answer.This is a problem with management and staffing, not with the people who are currently working there, who are polite and trying their best. There simply needs to be more of them, and they need to be better organized. Step it up Walgreens before you start to lose customers to better staffed pharmacies.

I went in to print photos from CD. Radonna was so helpful. She patiently walked me through all of it. I'm older so appreciated her help. I was able to sit and wait. Thank you, Radonna.The store was at 119th and Penn, in OKC. I hope I remembered her name correctly.

I ordered two desk calendars and received an email that they were ready to pick up. I go to the store and give my info. The boy that was helping me looked around a little, couldn’t seem to find my order. He looked at my order confirmation email and told me I was at the wrong store and I needed to go to another location. I proceed to go to the other store and then was told to go back to first store I went to. I return to find out that my order had in fact been at the first store I went to the whole time and the boy just didn’t want to look for it. The boy had little to no apology for sending me on a goose chase and wasting my time.

I always have issues with the pharmacy at this location.They need to get it together, if something is out of stock say that!The staff is never on the same page.

We’ve always used this Walgreens to pickup prescriptions and never had any issues. Not sure why today was any different but the pharmacy tech was very rude and acted like she was bothered by having to do her job. Sorry if you’re having a bad day but remember you’re in a people business and sometimes you have to act like you care!

Manager on duty was highly disrespectful and rude.I brought cash to deposit, neatly faced and organized. She left to go to the back because she “wasn’t counting this all by hand” and then proceeded to tell me after the transaction was complete that “maybe next time, I should use a bank or somewhere else instead” in a very nasty tone. If you feel so highly inconvenienced by customers using a service your employer offers, maybe you should consider other employment or an attitude adjustment.

I went in there yesterday to pick up some pictures and the guy helping me “Timothy” was very nice and respectful. He asked where had ordered the photos from and I told him “online”. He found them right away and he didn’t have to call the manager. He then talked about how good of a customer I was to the manager. I was very satisfied with my visit and with Timothy

No problems with the front cashiers. Always kind. But for the second time, the pharmacy has let me schedule an appointment for a covid shot. First problem was they let me schedule appointment online and they were closed when I arrived at the scheduled time. Second time I scheduled, lady behind pharmacy counter asked pharmacist if she was giving shots. She said no. I was then told that they weren't giving shots because their refrigerator was down. She said just come back tomorrow and they will give you one. If the fridge was truly broken, why ask someone if they were giving shots? This was the Del City OK Walgreen's on SE 29th St & Sunnylane.
