AVOID the Pharmacy. Had my script sent to this location since they were open after release from the hospital. Was told by the tech at the counter that they were busy, understaffed, etc. and that I should go to another location down the street. I did... that store was closing after waiting in its line... well played Walgreens. Note: You will be better served at any other provider. The Long waits, run-around, and poor service also do not come with a smile. You have been warned.

Very bad people, the one who charges stole my son's dollar and at the pharmacy they are very annoying, they don't serve you, they come and are bloody.

Could not be more angry at the pharmacy. My 6 year old daughter and I left the ER at 8:30pm with a script for meds. I had them send the script to this pharmacy since they closed at 10pm. I pulled in at 8:50pm and the line was long so I went inside and saw the sign that the pharmacy was drive thru only. I went back to the car and got in line at 8:55/9ish. The line moved so slow, but I finally was able to make it to next in line after sitting for over an hour. When I pulled up they had closed everything and completely ignored me when I was in tears asking if they could please just fill the script for my daughter whose eyes were swollen shut. I'm so angry and heartbroken for my daughter who now can't get meds until the morning.

I went in to pick up a prescription The pharmacy was closed I went up to the front desk and asked a clerk at the counter if the pharmacy would be open later on you had a 15-year-old's attitude in a 25-year-old body. He told me there was a sign on the front door and the pharmacy that said they were closed till Monday All I had to do was read. I told him that I had a prescription that needed to be picked up ASAP and how would I be able to do that. He said I don't work in the pharmacy and I'm not a pharmacist I don't know what to tell you yeah never going back there again taking my business elsewhere!! Horrible service never going back Don't waste your time!

I honestly understand why no one wants to work at this pharmacy location but Walgreens corporate needs to address the situation or shut this location down. Pathetic excuse and no credibility

Next time when you call us and say you have medication ready, dont have us wait in drive thru for an hour because your instore pharmacy is FUBAR and then not have it ready - saying "oh it'll be ready in the morning!".Get better staff, get a better pharmacy, or shut the location down.

I can never talk to a human in the pharmacy department. I’ll wait over 20 minutes and no answer. It always says “at least 3 people are ahead of you.” I drove up to the drive thru today while picking up some prescriptions, and they said the reason is that they’re short staffed. They must be consistently short staffed, because this inability to reach someone in the pharmacy is consistent. If that is the case, then shame on management for doing such a poor job and also for over-stressing their employees. In addition to that the external of the store is damaged and dilapidated. The speaker in the drive thru doesn’t work. It’s as if they just take zero pride in their locations. I guess it’s time to start looking for a replacement pharmacy.

they're fine just don't bother calling they don't know how to answer their phones. just waited 20 minutes with no one in front of me. hung up called again. more than 3 callers ahead of me. smh

Waiting in pharmacy drive for 45 mins because Walgreens doesn’t have enough people to keep pharmacy open inside the building just to drive up and have some put close up because it was 10:00pm been going here for 10 years I will never do business with the store or any Walgreens ever again.

One is as low as I can rate. That's an uncommon rating for me to use but this experience definitely merits it. The associate was incredibly inattentive to me. I chose this location to send something via FedEx since the physical FedEx place was in the opposite direction of my travels. The drop/pickup at Walgreens is at their photo counter. The associate walked over from the checkout and asked, "you picking up photos?" No, I'm here for FedEx. She says hold on and walked away. She came back my way within a minute or two and walked past me and said something indiscriminate on her way to the stockroom door. Never made eye contact. Huh?? She turned to me and stared at for a long minute. At this point I figured maybe the mumbling was directed to me. So I asked if she was talking to me. She said "oh yeah". She proceeded, "you're picking up" -- no, I'm dropping off. She says oh. You walked past me without even looking at me. I said you didn't bother to ask me questions or give me an opportunity to say anything. Blank stare. Sigh. Okay. I let her know that the vendor stated the FedEx location would print the label. She says, no, we don't print labels so what you can do is go back to the FedEx place, have them label it and bring it back here and I'll ship it. What?? I said no, I'll ship it at FedEx after they label it, thanks. The best part of my visit was the gentleman at the front of the store promoting well care for seniors with a health program. He smiled, greeted me, welcomed me in and said 'have a great day' as I walked out. The associate needs to take cues from him.

I don’t have a car. Not realizing that this location was drive thru only when I came all the way there was a bummer but the pharmacists were more than willing to help me get my prescription even though they were short staffed and it was 10 minutes before close. I really appreciate you guys.

I gave this place a 5-star review not because of anything super extraordinary, but because they did what they could as a pharmacy to stay open for us on Christmas Day.The attitude of the lady and the rest of the crew today was so helpful. Why? Because I hate to go out on a day like this and bug them when I know they could be home with their family and friends celebrating or relaxing. As much as my son needed his insulin, they were there. I know they were compensated, but THEY were extraordinary! Thanks, y'all! Merry Christmas!
