I don’t recommend Walgreens to anyone. It’s gone downhill at a substantial rate. They use to be 24/7 store. Not anymore. Needed something in an emergency and no store is open that sells wound closure kits. Pharmacy should also get negative stars. They close early randomly all the time, like 3 pm early! People NEED their medicines! Pharmacist said he would type up my script before he left and LIED. How incredibly incompetent and lazy. I couldn’t even transfer it to an open Walgreens. I had to have my doc call it into CVS, which is where I will go from now on. I called and waited on hold for FOURTY MINUTES to update insurance info while I could, so I wouldn’t have to wait when in a hurry to pick them up. After waiting 40 whole minutes on hold, The woman said, “you can just come in and do that when you pick them up” and I told her, “I would like to do it now please” and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! HUNG UP!!!!!! So unprofessional and disgusting behavior

Been without cholesterol medicine for 2 weeks.. so I will not do business with them any longer.. and by the way I've been on there waiting for them to answer the phone for 45 minutes almost every time I called..

This pharmacy is never open! Once I understand, twice maybe, but this pharmacy is closed more than it's open. Today, once again we went to pick up a prescription
and of course closed. It isn't a holiday, just a normal Monday and they closed 6 hours early at 4:00 PM. The app shows it's open for business as usual. When you speak to the Manager they tell you they don't handle complaints at the store, only corporate does. This place is a joke do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very bad service today, no call back or text to let me know my prescription is ready, after asking for my number. I was told it will be a few hours. Cars lined up waiting forever to get prescription's, just to pull up and they have place the sign closed! Wow, thank you so much!

Picked the one star only because i couldnt choose less. This store should be shut down. It is the nastiest, unstocked walgreens ive ever been too. The employees are worthless, undependable, rude, hateful, all need to be fired. I was in horrible pain and they said they did not have my prescriptions!! My husband argued that he just spoke to our dr and they need to check, their response was “well someone is lying and its not us!! “. We ended up going to a different walgreens, clean store, stocked fully, nice helpful happy employees. Amazing this walgreens said all prescriptions were in fact on file and Immediately filled our prescriptions. Stop shopping here and shut them down.

Tonight a rude tech answered the phone after I waited on the phone 17 minutes. He told me to let him check if he had my meds and never returned. He hung up on me. Then they would not pick up the phone the 3rd time I called. When I called I waited 13 minutes he answered and hung up on me again. I understand slow...NEVER DISRESPECTFUL!!! I completely understand the ratings. NO WONDER THEY CAN'T KEEP EMPLOYEES.

Hate this pharmacy they don't know what they are doing and go back and forth on what they say. Extremely hard to get medicine filled here. One day they have your medicine the next it's back stocked or they don't have it and don't have a date when they will get it. Moving to a different pharmacy. Oh they don't answer the phone and close randomly all the time. Then the weekend hits and by Monday everything needs ordered again from your doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This Pharmacy needs help! It is probably the worst place for mental health! I’ve been out on hold for almost an hour and still did not get through to the Pharmacist! I get picked up and back on hold, idc if there is a line out the door. I don’t know why they even have a phone if they don’t want to talk to me! The overcharges and the lack of communication are only the tip on this iceberg! If this place was a ship it would be called Titanic ?! Leave this place before it gets worse!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being serviced by Mykell an overweight black woman with braids who kept giving me the run around about my mothers medication not being able to be refilled because it was supposedly refilled at another Walgreens which was untrue with going back and fourth about this she somehow was able to fill my mothers prescription after 6pm when they closed mind you I was in line by 5:30pm well before they closed she asked for my ID which I did not have already out not knowing I would need it and she had the audacity to say with an attitude did you find your is yet we close at 6pm owe really Einstein because a few minutes ago you were wasting my time about my mom’s perception now you wanna rush me so I left Walgreens you did a complete disservice hiring her she needs to be immediately retrained on her customer service and more timely don’t rush me after you have taken all of my time and then act as if I’m the one holding up the store from closing what a witch.

Crazy how long you have to wait to get your prescriptions can’t go inside to get them. I’m thinking I have been a loyal customer for many years and this just feels like a slap in the face. Any new pharmacy recommendations.

If I could leave negative stars-that’s exactly what I’d do! I have tried picking up prescriptions for my child everyday for 5 days now. Today I sat in their drive thru for over 30 minutes-they apparently are drive thru only after 2pm-just so they could turn the light off as soon as I reached the window. With their reasoning being, “sorry it’s 10:00”. Myself and one other car were the only ones not helped. Maybe if they moved a little faster, it wouldn’t have been 10:00 or maybe if they cared about the public, as they should considering their career choices, they would have helped the last 2 people in line. I go inside to have “the supervisor” on duty tell me that she has no control over back there(referencing the pharmacy) to which my response, then what are you supposedly supervising?! Never in my life have I ever been made to feel less significant! And my poor sick child has to go without her meds for yet another day! Absolutely stay away from this Walgreens-especially if you need life saving meds!! I will NEVER step foot in another Walgreens!! EVER!!!

AVOID the Pharmacy. Had my script sent to this location since they were open after release from the hospital. Was told by the tech at the counter that they were busy, understaffed, etc. and that I should go to another location down the street. I did... that store was closing after waiting in its line... well played Walgreens. Note: You will be better served at any other provider. The Long waits, run-around, and poor service also do not come with a smile. You have been warned.
