I tried to buy syringes for my imitrex script filled by walgreens but in another state. I was denied and told is was a state law that syringes were not available without a prescriptionThe medication was filled at walgreens and was in the computer. Still denied. I had to go to Walmart .for the syringes. It is not a state law. The pharmacy tech has the right to deny if they suspect illicit drug use. I'm 74 years old and had the actual medication with me at the time. Ridiculous I'm finished with walgreens. Walmart must have a different set of state laws.

I was wondering if you take your reviews seriously? Does anybody actually read the reviews and try to resolve the issues? Look at your ratings. What does it take? I would think that you would want good customer service in all your Walgreens. The Yukon Walgreens is awful. The guy in the photo lab, Tristan, is extremely rude!! You can read my review on that store. The manager looks like he just rolled out of bed. Do something about your stores!

I am a senior and have used the pharmacy on 23rd and Meridian for 8 years with excellent service. Pharmacy drive thru was usually really busy and yet always polite and smile. Yet for one reason or another you closed this pharmacy. Why ? It's going to be harder to drive furtherPleasr reconsider Bring it back for our neighborhood oh and I had to move again because the one I chose is closing. 23rd and May is out. Now I'm trying 23 and Rockwell

When the pharmacist is out, they close the pharmacy. No one gets their meds. Hire another pharmacist. They close Grove pharmacy for days at a time.

Hello, I've called and talked to a pharmacist about the one pick up offer I signed up for and ask the man to put a note I will come get them all when they are ready. One time pick up, and also I was told 4 prescriptions were ready and I drove all the way up to you,and a lady pharmacist told me that only 2 have prices and have to get with insurance for price. I know know if this is your way to do business. There is no communication with your staffing but I will pick them up at one time like I signed up for. I been a customer for years and I'm not happy with my experience with you guys. Please do not put up the medication. I will get them when they are all ready. Thank you P.S. I tried texting this straight to the store and there’s no way to contact them through email or text. I called before and didn’t seem to help. I should have asked for his name and the lady’s name so have proof of all this, but you want to trust people.Daniel McCoy

The individuals I talked to over the phone seemed concerned and desirous to help get my concerns to the right person. Through no fault of the District office, I was told, it took 3 weeks to get the issue I had with a local store resolved. Yesterday, however, 6/15/22, I got the resolution I needed and hoped for.

They have the worse customer service. They are rude and they never have my medicine ready. I call a week before I need it and go and pick it up nope not ready or they have the wrong ones ready. I have never seen anything like this. I guess I will change to CVS and give them a try.

Situation happened at the Stillwater Walgreens at 519 S. Main Street. On 8/9 I was with my granddaughter(gd) at the inside pharmacy window. My gd had just been released from the Stillwater ER and was again placed on antibiotics. My gd has been ill for the last two years and now at 19, just moving in as a freshman at OSU dorms, she decided to get her first dose of COVID vaccine because of her continued illnesses requiring antibiotics and as she stated, "her immunocompromised state." My gd was nervous about getting the vaccine. I asked the pharmacy clerk, young girl with short brown hair,' if my gd, who was 19 could get the vaccine? I did check with my gd again about taking the vaccine. My gd was nervous, asked if she could wait, and before I could explore with my gd, "how much waiting," was needed, your pharmacy clerk, spoke up and said, "you're 19 years old, you can do what you want, and you don't have to take the vaccine." My gd left the pharmacy window and would not discuss reconsidering the vaccine ever. We did not ask your clerk's opinion and I don't think a pharmacy offering COVID Testing/COVID vaccines should offer opinions unless asked. Your clerk was very proud of what she had done. I'm the only financial/emotional support my gd has and I have just received a serious medical diagnosis which will require that I follow all CBC guidelines around unvaccinated people, including my sick gd, thanks to you clerk.

Walgreens on 50th & May has the most unprofessional, unbothered, and rude employees I’ve ever met. I have left out of there knowing way more about a stranger than I would have liked because they violate all types of HIPAA violations. Today I stood in line on the “covid circle” for 4min(waiting for someone to come to the counter) no one said anything, I stepped up to the window to make sure someone would see me (5min), nothing. 9 minutes I stood there, I was the only person in line while 2 people were working drive thru and the other typing on the computer. Just a simple “I’ll be right with you” or acknowledgement that I’m standing there would have been nice. Dawn was very dismissive and Makayla just continued to take her time, even leaving from behind the counter and doing something else completely. Walgreens is constantly understaffed, which makes moral low which creates unprofessional, rude and tired employees. The customers end up paying for it because we get the brunt of it. HIPAA, diversity, caring and customer service support classes might help. I know more people leaving Walgreens than I do joining Walgreens and they all have the same complaints. Since your tired of my business, I’m tired of yours and I can move on!

The Walgreens in Hutchinson Kansas closes each weekday between 130 and 2 pm for lunch. Never seen a pharmacy close for lunch. Numerous employees who can take turns going to lunch, nope not Walgreens. The employees there should all resign. The need to go work in medical research not patient care. In medical research they will all get lunch and likely acouple of coffee breaks. People from Walgreens, let me know if this is company policy or as I suspect just a terribly ran store.
