Don't lock to the doors 5 minutes early and look at the customers , 3-1-34 like then when I call y'all tell me no you have 3 min left and I would've had more if you didt lock the doors. Nasty ass attitude from the lady that picked up the phone. Would not be surprised if she hasn't done this before. Shits crazy they can't stay unlocked for 5 more min with 3 people. Scum

Horrible customer service. Hadn’t checked their voice mail in over 4 hrs so Rx not ready when someone could pick up for me. So I dragged myself to the drive thru which they had closed today due to weather. It’s 50 and sunny? I asked them if someone could run it out to me since I wasn’t dressed and so sick and needed my meds. They refused and hung up on me. Unbelievable. I had to go in spreading flu everywhere only to see there was zero line and 6 people working the pharmacy. Unreal. I’ll never go back. I’m done.

Trish Davis, a staff pharmacist, is one of the cruelest people I’ve ever encountered. She is never not arguing with a customer and seems to want to have the ultimate power/decision making over doctors, insurance, and patients. I stopped going to Walgreens all together because of her specifically.

Thieves!!!!! I filled a prescription on Sunday but they could only partially fill it bc they didn’t have the full quantity. I paid my co-pay on Sunday. Went back today (Thursday) to get the rest of it and was charged AGAIN!!!! They couldn’t explain why. Do NOT!!!! Use Walgreens. They are thieves!

Arrived at the pharmacy to pick up a new script. For a company that provides medications to the masses, their most important job, maybe the single most important thing that a pharmacy does is provide service to the sick and elderly. I'm 59, and the wife is a little older than me. Usually, like everyone else, we try to do refills ahead of time. But this was a new script I was desperately needing. I was in line at the drive thru 10 minutes before 6 when they closed. Four cars in front of me and one behind. Vehicles helped in front of me. It was finally my turn. I pulled up excited to get my new life changing anti-depressant. They proceeded to pull the blinds down, and so I pushed the call button because I could see them standing right there. I yelled through the bulletproof glass, "Hey, what the hell. Hello." I got nothing but "Sorry were closed " back thru the window. They didn't lift the blinds to show me who was there. Same with the car behind me. I was a tiny bit more than super upset. So congratulations, Walgreens, on your leap forward to being worse than CVS.

They need to change their listed hours. This store is rarely open 24 hours.

Under the new management, I am totally unimpressed. This place is not the place to go if you’re expecting to be somewhere on time with a smile on your face. I have never seen managers more rude than right here at this location. Not my favorite place to go and not always open 24 hours a day like they are supposed to be.Update:Improvements have been made and the employees are quite a bit more friendly now.Thank you for the positive progress.I am no longer having to drive way too far out of the way from my home to a 24 hr Walgreens across town late at night and I’m grateful; your crew won 2 more stars back

They work so hard even while being short staffed. Sometimes I see only 1 pharmacist and 1 tech, with a line of 10+ people. Give these people some help! I see some employees running around trying to be fast at helping patients & they shouldn't have to do that so Walgreens needs to hire more help! Everyone there is so helpful & nice, try to go above & beyond even though they are extremely busy. Once a tech called the insurance company for me & I felt bad for taking 15 mins of their time. Pharmacist are great at consulting me on new meds & my concerns. I don't want to fill my prescriptions anywhere else!

They are never open 24 hrs as it's stated online and on the phone. The workers stand there with a sign on the door saying it's closed before hours while being on their phones. Place needs to close for good or find a better team to work there. Lots of theft and ongoing issues here. Honestly don't waste your time for anything there or going as well.

I love my local Walgreens the cashiers are nice and the atmosphere is laid back and fyi Walgreens always has some off the wall items that you wouldn't think Walgreens would have so I always go in wondering what I will find. I found my first 4x4x4 Rubik's cube at a Walgreens and no other store around had any...

I’ve used this Walgreens for many years and always had good experiences, but my mother’s experience today at this store is resulting in one star. My elderly mother, who is on supplemental oxygen full-time and can often not walk far at all, came in today to buy a couple of necessities. It is extremely important for her wellbeing for her to be able to get out and do tasks like this by herself. She requested a shopping cart, which helps her walk and carry her oxygen. The cashier (who another employee later identified as Cynthia) offered her a handheld basket, which my mom explained would not help so she would need someone to help her in the store if no shopping cart was available. The cashier left and never returned, leaving my mother in a vulnerable and degrading position. Walgreens is, first, a pharmacy. It therefore attracts elderly people due to its pharmacy. It is unacceptable that an elderly woman on oxygen could not be served better at a pharmacy. In addition to being a pharmacy, Walgreens is also one of the few stores that does not require a person to walk long distances. This characteristic is also attractive to those with disabilities and its employees should be trained accordingly. Please fix this issue, Walgreens. Those with disabilities or loved ones with disabilities (or people that just value accessibility), also steer clear of this Walgreens.

Don't use for pick up orders, they literally don't know what they are doing.

Refused to sell stuff at their advertised sales price. The new employees are in bad need of training. Been shopping here 15+ years but I don't think I will go back. CVS across the street is much friendlier
