I set an appointment to have a flu and covid test, i went in and they told me they were out of testing equipment. They told me to call other walgreens before scheduling only to be on hold for 45 minutes to find out they are out too and won't let me schedule another appointment until tomorrow. Walgreens has wasted my time, gas and energy and i am very disappointed and upset with the service i received today.

I went to the pharmacy yesterday to get my seizure medicine filled an encountered the absolute worst pharmacy worker!!!!! I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. This inept lady proceeded to be rude,snide,unprofessional,uneducated plus a vile excuse for a woman in the work force I ever have met !!!! This loser thought it was cute to smirk and deny me my medication. My wallet was stolen and not till the end of Jan will it arrive. So my fiancé picks my medicine up. This tyrant with a smirk again stated “nope it has to be my I.D “ this is unacceptable for someone in the field of business she is in !! I never have written a bad review anywhere I have gone b

Walgreens and others (CVS etc.) have a tendency to get really bad ratings because people only leave a review when they have the slightest issue at the pharmacy. I recently had an issue where they were unable to fill a time sensitive script (I had none left for the next day) because they didn't have enough on hand. But they walked me through what I needed to do next to get it filled at a different location or even a different pharmacy through my doctor. That is A+ service. It isn't their fault they couldn't fill it, they can't be expected to have every possible medication on hand in an unlimited quantity at all times. Did have to wait in a long line? Yeah I did but a bunch of people just showed up at once and that happens. They did everything they could to help me and I am grateful. Stop dragging these pharmacy workers down for things they can't control.

My daughter had surgery and it took them 2 hours to fill the prescriptions then closed the door on me in the drive thru. Their staff was laughing at me while I was complaining to the clerk. Who said the prescription was ready and couldn’t do anything about it. We will be taking our prescriptions to another pharmacy since Walgreens and their employees don’t take their customers seriously

DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR!!!! DO NOT USE FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!!! THE FEMALE WORKING THE REGISTER WITH BROWN HAIR IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! AN DO NOT CARE IF THEY MESS UP YOUR MEDICINE THEY WILL BLAME U. They messed up my moms pain medication prescription and treated her like a drug addict even though it was their website and automated system that messed up. They also billed her insurance for more medication than she received. We have switched pharmacies but will be going through every channel possible to file complaints about her and this store.

Does customer service exist anymore? I've never been so disrespected at a store before. Check out girl was extra thirsty with the two white men checking out before me. When it was my turn I was completely ignored because her conversation she had going on through text was more important than my presence!!! No eye contact straight ignored!!! Hands my item without a bag and continues her text.. wtf is this world coming to? Service seems to be ignored! Worst place to shop unless your a cute white guy.. sad the fact people don't get all get the same treatment!! The world needs a shift and it starts with you. 0 stars

Apparently service in the pharmacy is not first come first serve three cars pulled through lane 1 before I was helped when I was told I was next! This is very rude and with communication it would have not felt so rude also I was never thanked or greeted!!!!! Don’t think I’ll be back!!!!

If you're looking for a compassionate & understanding neighborhood pharmacy that you can count on, please, skip out on the Walgreens on May Ave. I was in earlier today (this being my 4th visit this weekend trying for a refill of the same meds) and was denied the life-proofing medicine my seisure-stricken dog desperately needs, all on account of my ID being 2 days over the exp. date. Absolutely no thought for courtesy was spared even after explaining how tough our situation was, and we were dismissed as fast as we came. The lack of human decency and compassion at this pharmacy is something truly bewildering. It'll serve you best in the long run to find the medicine you need literally anywhere else.

Went and ordered photos. It said would be ready at 12:30 ish pm. Went back at 1:00 pm they said it would be another 20 minutes so went and got a drink. Came back they said it ran out of paper so they put more in and they would call when it got done. The sign on the door said they close at six because they were short on help. Had not heard anything by 5:00 so went up there to get my photos. They closed at 4:00. Called said I would have to come back tomorrow. They lied and as soon as I get my photos. I well never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. That was bull.

The woman stocking isles this morning was very nice and helpful. It was the second store I went to that were out of glucometer strips and she without me asking looked at where the closest location was and called them to make sure they had them. I really appreciated her today

I can’t think of any reason it takes 25 minutes to wait on one car in the drive thru. Especially when there are seven other cars in line.

Why are there two make up counter employees that talk to each other instead of assisting a customer?? The cashier was kind of friendly.

The store Walgreens is great but the pharmacy itself they love the slow play I Am transferring my meds else where.
