I was in the area...live in Moore. Never been in this store. I sat down at the Photo Booth to make acopy of an old photo. Two employees were just right there. Engaging with themselves. The scanner wasn't working so I interrupted their conversation. They could have had better customer service by using just a few Customer Service Guidelines. Eye contact, greet, is there anything we can assist you with? Would had a better outcome. I left my purchase behind, I was so annoyed. Store seemed clean. But no staff engagement from front door until we were leaving.

I just had the worst customer service ever in my life she did not greet me she was very rude and hateful watching her phone as I walked up and she just looked at me didn't say hey how you doing have a nice day she had poor customer service

I am beside myself. I am so mad it's 8:35. I just got basically kicked out of this Walgreens because well people like to get paychecks but they don't like to work and the lady in the front which I told her I'd be leaving her a very nasty Google review told me that's okay. You don't know who I am. You don't know my name well. She was the only African American woman working in there. I mean the Hispanic lady that was working in there was very hateful as well, but the African American lady my God like I can't believe that anybody would hire this woman to work anywhere, not even cleaning up her dog feces like she is unemployable. She is not only rude and belligerent but I mean she's just nasty. She got over the intercom while we were there and mind you we are the only people in the store. This is after the Hispanic lady had walked by. Glad at my friend that was sitting down in tears because she was in so much pain and I mean it was just horrible how rude she already was but then the African-American woman gets on the intercom and informs us that they will be locking the store do until 9:00wn at 8:45. Mind you the store does not close til 9

Jeremy in the pharmacy is horrible and had no care to help with an essential issue. Never would suggest him as a pharmacist. I will be moving my services to another pharmacy entirely due to his lack of care and he was just to busy to deal with this situation ? wow ?

My wife called gave them my grandsons name but she did not know the name of the medication. She was told no activity on his account. Next day doctor calls and, what do you know, it’s ready and has been for 3 days. I get that your busy but to outright LIE just to get my wife off the phone is APPALLING. He went without his meds for a couple days because of her incompetence. We will be driving a longer distance to go to a different Walgreens. This one is off the list and if your smart you will not patronize this Walgreens either.

The level of incompetence here is staggering. I ordered a banner. Called to confirm it was done. Told it would be done in an hour. Went to pick it up it wasn’t done. They didn’t even have the vinyl to print it on. The girl was so lazy that rather than actually check when I called she just lied…wasting my time. They should close this location and turn it into an abandoned building.

Most of the staff are great but there is one guy, every time he answers the phone he makes sure you know how busy he is and how insignificant your request is among the “800 a day with one pharmacist” they get, which he NEVER misses an opportunity to tell you. Most of the time when he answers he ends up being so rude to me I just call a different location and have them help me with whatever I need done. Today it was more of the same. I asked him to call over a prescription from another pharmacy and he made sure I knew it probably wouldn’t get done today and what an inconvenience it would be to them to even attempt to do it in the three hours between then and close, so I thanked him for his “help” and called the 24 hour, who were wonderful. If you ask me this location needs to start recording calls so upper management can hear how he speaks to people.

I tried calling the pharmacy to see what was up with my prescriptions that had been sent in 2 days prior to me trying to contact them. They wouldn’t even answer the phone. They just kept putting me on hold once their automated system ran through it’s automatic hold time, they would pick up the phone just long enough to place me right back on hold. Not one single word. I did that 3 times, a total of 12 minutes each time. I just switched to this pharmacy because it was the closest Walgreens to where I just moved to, but I think I’m going to go somewhere else. This is terrible customer service!

I am not one to write review, and this is mostly meant for pharmacy staff... I love this walgreen's store, BUT I do not like their verification process for pick up of prescriptions. I hate they ask you to verify your address outloud, regardless of who is in listening distance. This is highly dangerous in this day and age. Last refill I refused to verify my address outloud. The clerk seemed annoyed. Her annoyance is understandable as this is protocol she was taught. I gave my D.O.B., that shoulld be sufficient. With the opiod addiction rate so high, people are being followed and robbed upon leaving pharmacies...hiow about we make it real easy and tell the whole store where we live so we can make sure everybody knows where your going when you leave, or at some point.

I went to this Walgreens to get a refill of glucometer strips to test my blood sugar. My glucometer is a Walgreens brand that I bought no more than two years ago. (Said strips were in stock online).I couldn’t find it so I asked an employee who was stocking isles. She said it was by the glucometer stuff. Where is the glucometer stuff, I asked. She finally pointed that way. So I oooked again and still couldn’t find it. Asked her again and she told me it must be behind the pharmacy then. A woman helped me at the pharmacy and started looking and told me they were out. I was pretty upset they were out of such an important product and it was like pulling teeth to get them to find the product. A kid with long hair jumped in and said he could scan it to tell me where there were some instock. The other guy at the pharmacy told me don’t believe what the computer says it’s probably not accurate. So I asked the kid if he could call because I was stopping on my way to school and accidentally left my phone at home. As he was calling, he continued talking to me telling me that it was probably time to buy a new one. I told him mine works just fine there is no reason for me to buy a new one. He could tell I was irritated. He went on to grab a stress ball from the counter and started squeezing it and told me I was giving him anxiety and that he was doing me a favor. I’m really not sure at this point how many times he had told me was doing me a favor by calling another store for me since I left my phone at home. I was pretty dumbfounded and asked you are stresssed? I’m just trying to buy a product that you all were supposed to have in stock so I can check my blood sugar. At one point he hung up calling the other store and told me he didn’t have to call them that he was doing me a favor. He asked me other inappropriate questions like if I had insurance. (I believe he thought this was helpful) but quite frankly that is non of his business. I simply wanted him to check if another store had something. That’s allCustomer service
