My prescription was called in at 6pm. I call this Walgreens as the pharmacy doesn't appear when you search Walgreens on Google Maps. The call menu, because people don't answer the phone so Walgreens Corporate can gouge more pennies, TELLS ME that it will be ready for pick up at 9pm. It doesn't mention that this location is no longer 24hrs and that they CLOSE AT 8PM! How are you going to tell me I can pick up my prescription an hour after you close!? I need this medicine. I am now in a dire health situation because of this. Managers reading this, quit or form a union. You are complicit in this. I know you're not corporate and would probably love to hire enough to people actually staff the Pharmacy but that WILL NEVER BE a reality for Walgreens. They are dealing with margins while you help destroy people's health.

The pharmacy staff are the RUDEST, SLOWEST, MOST INCOMPETENT PHARMACY ANYWHERE ON EARTH.PLAN TO BE THERE5 HOURS..JUST TO BE TOLD WRONG DR, NO RX, EVEN THO JUST TEXTED IT WAS READY.ONE SINGLE PERSON FOR DRIVE THRU AND INDOOR! DRIVE THRU WAS ALREADY HORRIBLE!EVERYONE IN PHARMACY AREA ARE PLAIN MEAN!

This Walgreens is wonderful. There are two people that work here that are fantastic in their knowledge of item location, helpful, and patient, and better than anything, very kind!!! Dee has helped me so much with putting money on prepay credit cards, finding what I need and so very very kind at 3:00am. Walgreens is lucky to have her as an employee.Miriam is a perfect example of helpfulness even when she is swamped with customers. I watched her advise co-workers on problem solving, on the phone with angry customer, and checking me out all at the same time. Incredible !! Would shop here over CVS anytime just because of these two people.Hats off to Dee and Miriam!!!

Total disregard for their customers. I went through the drive though because I'm contagious and didn't want to get anyone else sick. I haven't been able to eat or drink anything in 5 days. I got there at one and there was 2 people in front of me it took them 25 minutes to get through 2 people. I got up to the window with 5 minutes left until they closed for lunch. Sent all my information immediately then called. They said they would be right with me. They sent me my card and info back without saying anything a few minutes later. I called and they said they're closed for lunch after saying they would help me. They closed the window to the tube thing while I had the carrier thing so I had to call again so they could open it. When she answered she came at me with all of this attitude saying they were closed. So I was like okay do you want me to take this tube thing with me? This person should not be allowed to work with customers and this pharmacy should not be allowed to have a drive through. Literally the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had

After decades of being a frequent return customer with several different Walgreens locations thru the many years, this location is hands down, unequivocally the worse pharmacy available, worst business or service provider even. They'll have half a dozen staff at times (other times they have no one to be found) and we'll still wait 20+ minutes despite being the only one in line or the drive-thru, all while getting side glances and looks like we're bothering them just for coming to pick up medication.There's always some problem with insurance. My ex has Aetna, we have Blue Cross, my Mother has sooner care, and still, there is somehow always a problem with almost every one of them, every time. So they always overcharge us or try to charge us thousands of dollars. Before at other locations, we had no problems and since trying other Walgreens locations lately in protest, they don't have any problems with the insurance or issues being decent human beings. Just this location has all the problems apparently.The service trying to get these issues resolved is trash as well, they take no responsibility, or try to assist at all. We could talk to both the doctor and insurance and they are telling us it's all supposed to be fine and ok to go, yet this Walgreens will mess it up. Transfer the script tho to a different location and it's funny how everything works again.The staff are rude, unprofessional, don't care at all, and will talk s**t when they think you're out of earshot, will push the problem off and blame it all on everything else imaginable despite it all magically working at every other location we've tried. Prescriptions take longer to fill at this location too. Talking to others in the long lines reveals that many others are having these same problems as well.It's incredible that they allow the Walgreens name and reputation to be linked to this rude, uncaring garbage service.

My family and I have been doing business with Walgreens pharmacy for a while now, and I would recommend it to everyone in Oklahoma city. The people that work there are great, and I believe you can find the medical products for whatever needs you have, they are open later than others, and I believe they are great people who work there.

In line before 1:30. I have waited weeks for a prescription that is necessary. I even express paid, just to have them send me away at 1:31. Walgreens in general is a disgrace, this location is no better.

The people are really nice-- but I wouldn't come here for a prescription or a vaccine. I waited fifty minutes past my appointment for the flu shot and a person who came and checked in after me got theirs first. They stay pretty busy here, and it takes me half an hour minimum to get my prescription most times. They are just too busy / too low staffed.
