These people do not possess a single ounce of \\\"bedside manner\\\" or urgency in any degree. If you happen to call even remotely close to their \\\"lunch time\\\" they will pick up the phone and immediately hang up so they don't have to take the call, then put on their lunch automated message. They lie about how long it will take to get scripts filled and act snarky at the window. Did I mention the over 20 minute wait in the drive-thru AS THE ONLY CAR!? What Losers.

Does customer service exist anymore? I've never been so disrespected at a store before. Check out girl was extra thirsty with the two white men checking out before me. When it was my turn I was completely ignored because her conversation she had going on through text was more important than my presence!!! No eye contact straight ignored!!! Hands my item without a bag and continues her text.. wtf is this world coming to? Service seems to be ignored! Worst place to shop unless your a cute white guy.. sad the fact people don't get all get the same treatment!! The world needs a shift and it starts with you. 0 stars

If you're looking for a compassionate & understanding neighborhood pharmacy that you can count on, please, skip out on the Walgreens on May Ave. I was in earlier today (this being my 4th visit this weekend trying for a refill of the same meds) and was denied the life-proofing medicine my seisure-stricken dog desperately needs, all on account of my ID being 2 days over the exp. date. Absolutely no thought for courtesy was spared even after explaining how tough our situation was, and we were dismissed as fast as we came. The lack of human decency and compassion at this pharmacy is something truly bewildering. It'll serve you best in the long run to find the medicine you need literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy staff and the manager, along with the other pharmacy technicians, are truly remarkable individuals. Let me share with you the incredible experience that unfolded when I entered the pharmacy, injured, and in need of help.I arrived at the pharmacy limping, with my arm detached from my shoulder and blood flowing profusely. As soon as the pharmacy staff caught sight of me, they sprang into action with unwavering determination. Their quick response was nothing short of extraordinary, demonstrating their commitment to providing immediate assistance in moments of crisis. One technician, driven by a genuine concern for my well-being, rushed to my side without hesitation. They joined forces with the others, forming a united team that worked together seamlessly. Another technician, calm and composed, swiftly assessed the severity of my injury and initiated the necessary measures to address it.But there was one pharmacy technician whose act of selflessness stood out from the rest. In the midst of the chaos, this individual offered me their own arm as a replacement for my detached one. It was an extraordinary display of generosity, a testament to the depth of compassion and care that these pharmacy technicians embody. As the pain overwhelmed me, my vision blurred, and I slipped into unconsciousness. When I finally regained consciousness, I found myself in an otherworldly realm. Surrounded by soft clouds, I stood before a magnificent pearly gate. A woman with long, brown, and curled hair stood in front of the gate, radiating an ethereal presence. She spoke to me in a soothing tone, saying, "Now is not the time yet, return..." It was a surreal encounter, and as I abruptly awakened, I realized that the woman I had seen at the gates was none other than the pharmacy manager herself. Although we had never crossed paths before, her appearance in my vision held a profound significance. In an instant, the pharmacy manager snapped her fingers, and miraculously, my arm was reattached. The excruciating pain vanished, replaced by a sense of awe and gratitude for the miraculous recovery. The pharmacy manager's expertise and skill were unparalleled, as she efficiently completed my checkout process and ensured that I had everything I needed to continue my journey to recovery. It was an extraordinary act that surpassed the boundaries of what I thought was possible. To me, it felt like a divine intervention, a transcendent moment where the forces of fate aligned to guide and protect me.Before bidding farewell to the pharmacy, I was presented with a heartfelt gesture of kindness. The staff offered me a newborn baby, symbolizing new beginnings, and a complimentary water bottle. Although deeply touched by their generosity, I politely declined the offer, recognizing that my current circumstances couldn't accommodate such responsibilities. But their exceptional customer service didn't end there. As I approached my car, I noticed that they had gifted me a brand new vehicle, accompanied by a beautiful fruit basket. A small note attached to the basket expressed their gratitude for my visit to Walgreens at 23rd and May. It was a shining example of their commitment to exceeding customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction in every interaction. The pharmacy staff, manager, and the other technicians demonstrated an unparalleled dedication to their work. Together, they showcased the true meaning of teamwork, compassion, and professionalism. In the face of adversity, they rose above and beyond, leaving an indelible mark on my heart. My experience at that Walgreens location was nothing short of extraordinary, a testament to the extraordinary individuals who tirelessly serve their customers with unwavering care and commitment.

It's the worst pharmacy ever, every time I need my prescription filled they can never seem to fill my prescription when I need it. I'm pregnant and supposed to be taking my prenatals until my pregnancy but I've been having to go without it sometimes because they make me wait weeks sometimes before they actually fill my prescription. On top of that they always have a person on hold for an hour or two and they aren't quick to help with anything, as soon as I can I'm getting my medication transferred to a pharmacy that isn't ran by idiots. I don't even think you guys deserve a star honestly

Inside pharmacy is closed and only drive thru is open. About 10 cars in both lanes and I waited 20 mins in lane 2 only to find out it’s closed when I got to the window. You’d think with only the drive thru open it’d move faster but it’s still averaging about 20 mins PER car.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years and it used to be fantastic. I don't know if they got a new manager or if there was staff turnover, but they've become completely incompetent. They lose my records, they take FOREVER, and EVERY MONTH it's like moving a mountain to get the SAME RX I ALWAYS GET refilled! IDK what is going on, but they need to figure it out.

This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy in the entire metro area! It’s ridiculous. I’ll def not be returning, not even to shop in the store- and I really adore the store itself. The pharmacy crew needs customer service, telephone etiquette and interpersonal communications training ASAPLY! I have no idea how they’ve continued operating in such a poor fashion.

Even if they only have one car ahead of you, plan on being in line 20 minutes. I've sat 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, currently sitting behind the same one car going on a half hour now

when someone turns in their prescription in the drive thru. They shouldn't be able to wait in the line, holding up everyone else, that has prescriptions ready.
