I could hardly understand what the cashier was saying and she could hardly understand me. Don't know why I have to speak slowly and enunciate.

Incomplete and delayed prescriptions the last few times that I've been here, despite the doctor calling them in 6 hours before I picked them up. Told to wait 10 minutes for them to finish every time, but it usually ends up being longer.You guys need a couple of more people on your pharmacy staff whose job is only to pull orders. It's a disorganized madhouse back there.. Also someone whose job it is to answer the phone. Don't bother calling this location, as they never answer.This is a problem with management and staffing, not with the people who are currently working there, who are polite and trying their best. There simply needs to be more of them, and they need to be better organized. Step it up Walgreens before you start to lose customers to better staffed pharmacies.

Overall they do a pretty good job. But don’t rely on the automated service they provide on calling to let you know if a refill is available. Someone needs to fix their automated phone service if they are going to call and leave messages at least get it right. I have to call to get my refills and every time the automated phone service calls me back and tells me the prescription was denied by my doctor so I got without my medication for a couple of days then I call Walgreens back and check and it’s ready for pickup. It’s a little frustrating to say the least. At least call when the prescription is ready for pickup if your going to leave a message saying it was denied a refill when it wasn’t denied. ?

No problems with the front cashiers. Always kind. But for the second time, the pharmacy has let me schedule an appointment for a covid shot. First problem was they let me schedule appointment online and they were closed when I arrived at the scheduled time. Second time I scheduled, lady behind pharmacy counter asked pharmacist if she was giving shots. She said no. I was then told that they weren't giving shots because their refrigerator was down. She said just come back tomorrow and they will give you one. If the fridge was truly broken, why ask someone if they were giving shots? This was the Del City OK Walgreen's on SE 29th St & Sunnylane.

The negative is that half the shelves are empty. It was hard to find the right candy to buy. When I did it was on sale I'd you buy 2 but they only had 1. They gave me the C discounted price which actually pleased me more than if I had had the opportunity to buy 2, but that's not the issue. The store was relatively clean. The staff was nice. All-in-all, a good Walgreens

I have had great experiences at this Walgreens. Always clean. Always find what I need. A special shout out to pharmacist Kristie, for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I also like it that they carry my favorite brand of caramel.
