This location is quite possibly the worst Walgreens pharmacy in OKC. They are always so shorthanded and do not care about how many people get backed up waiting in line or how long they have to wait. They'll do everything but call for extra help (when there actually happens to be some available). They are also notorious for not having prescriptions ready on time. I'm not necessarily coming to a pharmacy for the customer service, but I'd like them to at least pretend to care. Avoid this pharmacy unless you have to go here. I only use it for the time being because it's just a couple minutes from my house.

Wow!!! What a horrible waste of time!! Called at 2pm to make sure everything was good because there is always an issue with this prescription! One day early and I'm a junkie I guess! I drove through traffic to get there, then waited in line for over an hour for her to tell me that I can't pick it up until morning!! I have some left, but I had called before and made the time to get it!!They have wasted so much of my time!! But, they are Walgreens, can get away with this and we still have to buy meds from them! CVS isn't any better! Find a locally owned pharmacy and stick with it!

I have been using this pharmacy for about 5or 6 years was very satisfied until here recently. I noticed that every time I needed to fill my pain meds there's a problem. I went to pick up after work last month. They had me to come back 4 times before giving me my prescription. This month the same thing. I never have a problem with anything else. I seriously don't get it ? ??

Don't go there they don't try to help you or do anything for you they overcharge you make you buy other stuff plus they say it's ready and it's never ready it is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life trust me do not go there or shop

Was trying to get my prescription filled and they kept on hanging up on me and wouldn't do anything to help me. Every rude to me on the phone. Would not recommend doing business there.

Apparently the pharmacist doesn't research prescription issues until it's too late in the day to call anybody; leaving you without your prescription for another 24 hours. But she hopes you have a nice day, I've never rolled my eyes so hard.

Prescription sent in Monday, arrive Wednesday to be told it needs to be ordered due to stock. Seems like something that could have been done when the prescription was sent in if available supplies couldn't fill it. I'll be taking future prescriptions to CVS.

needed a baby aspirator through the drive through. sometimes a bit of kindness goes a long way instead the store manager Michelle treated me with such disregard and disrespect. always something with this store go where your not a number.

I've been coming here for a while but in the last two months everything has gone completely downhill. I've been having to return to the pharmacy on a DAILY basis because they keep only having partial fills of my life-saving prescription even though "we're getting a shipment in tomorrow" is always the answer. They withheld my script over the weekend saying they were unsure how it read even though it was written in accordance to new state law- confused on what 20 meant when it obviously meant quantity since the syringes are prefilled and prepackaged. Another script has a quantity of 90 - they gave me 10 then asked me where I put the other 80 when I checked the bags at home. Trust me, they aren't the type of meds making any money off the street. Then, of course, to top everything off it's a minimum of 30 minutes to even make it to the window. Looking forward I switch in the near future.

There are so many reasons why I would NOT recommend the pharmacy at this Walgreens, the pharmacist Michelle is the main reason. She was awful to my adult child who had to school HER on the state board of pharmacies rules and what medications are scheduled drugs. She was attempting to fill a prescription of testosterone for her partner. She was rude, made awful comments about that medication not being life or death. Who the hell is she to determine what medication is a matter of life or death for ANYONE. MICHELLE HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING IN HEALTHCARE WHATSOEVER! I know businesses are understaffed. I know businesses are struggling. I get it, employees are tired. Do not pass that stress on to customers who are struggling already!! We will be making a formal complaint!!
