Two stars because they are open 24 hours but this pharmacy is the worst ran pharmacy and ALWAYS takes forever. Hire more workers and could get twice as many people through the line.

They close the inside pharmacy at 9 but don’t post it. So you’re stuck waiting in a drive through of 11 cars wasting gas and it takes about 30 minutes to get your prescription. It’s ridiculous.

I made my appointment for a COVID-19/Flu test at 4:15pm. I came in 5 mins before my appointment and then proceeded to wait for 55 mins before I decided to just leave without the test. The techs and people behind the counter are nice, but what’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait an hour anyway? One person told me they were waiting for approval (from who? Because I wasn’t going through my insurance) then another old me that it was because they were down to one pharmacist, but no one would talk to me directly until I had to get the attention of one of the techs.

I loved this particular location for a decade but in the last year it has become so terrible. I agree with other reviews that if Walgreens can't afford to pay their pharmacists in order to keep them they need to close it because this one barely functions as it is. I am typing this as I wait in an unmoving line for 30 minutes now. This will be my last prescription at this location and most likely at Walgreens at all at this point.

Do you have time to hold with the pharmacy for 1:45 minutes and then they drop the call? If so this is for you! After my experience I called the store that had no store manager on duty and asked for help and guess what? Yes it ended 2 times with a dial tone. Close the pharmacy if you can’t help !!! Close the pharmacy until you can find someone that can pick up the phone. There are plenty other pharmacies around. Clyde’s, Thrifty and Walmart just to name a few. I dare this store to reach out to me. Heavens no. That is called customer service which this location appears needs a lesson on. I wish my stars had the option of minus stars. Changing my pharmacy asap

Horrible service. Soooooo slow. Not sure what happened, they were awsome for so many years, now it's a 30-60min endeavor every time.

Ordered a 16x20 canvas print on 9/30 last day to use 40GIFT. Got an email saying the order was cancelled (no reason given), and so if I try to redo the order today, 1/10, coupon doesn't work. The manager working tonight was very dismissive with me and said I had to contact corporate. Didn't care that I had the attached screenshot of my receipt. I worked photo 10 years ago, and it's extremely disheartening that you still do not train your employees. Very sad. I want to give you business, but I'm not paying $90 for a 16x20 and I shouldn't have to. I have no idea who's reading this, but I encourage you to get out and work for a company that actually gives a shit about their customers, because Walgreens doesn't. Nor do they care about their employees. If they did, they would train them to handle matters like this and not make their customers go through charades like this. Thanks,-Kenneth

This place sucks. I made appointments for me and my two kids to get flu vaccines. Showed up 10 minutes early. Finally walked out when my appointment time had come and long gone. Staff seemed very disorganized and incompetent. They didn't know how to find out appointments in the system.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Moved to this side of town two months ago and every visit has been a disaster. Called in advance to fill my spouse's blood thinners, told they'd be ready in two hours. When I arrived two hours later they told me that medicine was on back order. A couple weeks later I dropped off a paper prescription for my daughter. I returned the next day to pick it up and not only was it not filled, they had misplaced the written prescription. I had to have it re-written. This most recent visit I called at 10am to confirm they'd received a prescription my Dr transmitted. After 30 minutes on hold they told me it would b ready in a couple hours. My spouse went to pick it up at 12:30 only to b told it wasn't ready. At 5p I called three times before going to the store in attempt to find out if my order was ready. Three times I sat on hold 5-7 minutes only for someone in the pharmacy to just hang up the call. When I arrived in person, I waited patiently in line until 2 different ppl in the pharmacy proceeded to offer help to ppl standing in line BEHIND ME. I demanded service, they asked for my info, only to come back and tell me that my prescription STILL was not ready. There is one very young lady that works in the pharmacy who's very nice and professional but it's so poorly managed that she's drowning in work.

I wish I could give negative stars. Been coming to this pharmacy for years and I have never had a good experience here. Whether it is in person, drive thru, or over the phone. Its like pulling teeth trying to get a refill or even check availability of a script. It's impossible to get in touch with these people. When you call you wait through a line of at least 3 callers to get put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes just for them to hang up on you. And you can hear them pick up the phone and place you back on hold multiple times while you wait. Then you try to go through the drive-thru just to find a line of cars around the building, at least a 30 minute wait every time. Then you try to go inside, to find an even longer line of people, and if you try to come inside within 15 minutes of closing time they'll close the pharmacy door in your face. You could find better customer service in a fucking grave yard. I have never seen a business so poorly ran and managed. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Had a prescription sent in by the doctor at 6:30pm to this pharmacy because it is open 24-hours. My wife and I were discharged from the hospital at 12am and came up to pick up prescription that was needed by 1am for my wife’s post c-section medication. There was only one staff member working and informed me that he has been the only employee here since 4pm and that he had no estimated time on when the prescription would be ready. Even tried calling multiple times before making the drive to find out if the order was ready, but no one answered the phones.

Always helpful. Drive thru always busy and a wait but they are friendly and quick once you get to window. Clean store with easy to find items.

So I had to wait 30 minutes in an already inn efficient pharmacy staff, and they were very rude to me when I was asking questions. I do not recommend to go to this Walgreens unless you want your time wasted.

Everytime I go here they are understaffed and overwhelmed. I blame the Regional Manager and or the corporate office. I have so many complaints about walgreens that I won't leave them all here. But this photo speaks for itself.
