Went back a few days after a purchase to retrieve an item that wasn't bagged. It was a $2 bottle of hand soap. Manager left me waiting while they went to the back for some reason. Waited several minutes and and I had to just leave. Its crazy they couldn't sort it out quickly by just replacing the $2 hand soap on the spot.

Don't come here for FedEx help. I waited for 10 minutes for help. At one point a lady came up and said she couldn't. She went back to reading her phone. Help did eventually come but it took far too long. The store was not busy. 2 people checked out during those 10 mins.
