They are either not well staffed or not well organized. I will not subscribe to BC/BS next sign-up date because their preferred pharmacy is Walgreens. I would rather pay a little more for prescriptions and have good service.

If you call pharmacy, get ready to say screw it. 8 pick ups and Instant right back to on hold. Set up that way maybe. No. Heard people almost each time. Screw this.
