I found this company through word of mouth and decided to call. I had the unfortunate experience of being one of thousands of vehicles with severe hail damage back in June 2023. First, I couldn't find anyone in my hometown available for the work, and then most of the businesses didn't want to do "all that work". The work was replacing a damaged sunroof. And I mean the whole thing didn't work and glass shattered. When I tell you there us nothing like being rained on inside your car..please take my word for it.My main man John at Vinyl TS took my call with enthusiasm, and told me straight up that they could get me back right rolling within a few days! They did the leg work of finding the discontinued part I needed for my 2012 Chrysler 300 and it looks great! Ohhh, did I mention they dropped my car off to me when it was done!If you're looking for excellent customer service, friendly staff and fair pricing with your car, please call these fine professionals. I took my 2008 Pontiac solstice here to replace the soft top as it had fallen apart due to weather. John ordered the top and replaced it within two days! Absolutely phenomenal, friendly, & prompt quality service. I recommend for your convertible needs!

I HIGHLY recommend Vinyl Top Specialists!!! Jose and others did an EXCELLENT job fixing my moonroof on my 2013 Ford F150. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly (offered me water n a donut) and I was on and out in a little over 4 hrs.Several customers came in while I was waiting and John was very helpful and compassionate to everyone who came in. It was nice to see a business be so thoughtful this day and age.They even offered me a loaner vehicle since I lived over 1 1/2 hrs away and was going to have to sit and wait for my repair to be done.I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was with them! Paying $695 to have my moonroof fixed vs $2,900 at a Ford Service Center made it 3X better!!! (Plus they even have a 3 yr warranty)

I would never recommend this business!!They assured me they’ve put convertible tops on VW before. I ended up having to take to another business to fix their mistakes. They could never remember what i told them i wanted done. When pick up vw the top & car was covered in brown residue that would not come out. Also installed window upside down in convertible top and put cloth seats in vw when i specified vinyl. Please beware of this company. Not very professional!!Service: Body & Trim

Seldom have sunroof issues, yet having 5 Hummer H2 pickups, all with sunroofs, bound to have a hitch every now and then. VInyl Top Specialist owner Gary and his staff have been here 47 years. Sunroof install/repairs, leather upgrades and interior upgrades are their specialties.  Highly recommend Vinyl Top Specialist.Sunroof repair, CHECK! $129 later and perfect as always. I needed the sunroof track replaced on my pickup. After watching the YouTube video, this was NOT a job I wanted to tackle. They did a great job and had it in and out in one day.

Great job! A friend recommended this place for my truck's interior. I had two rips in 2 different areas of my driver's seat. They were able to match the upholstery and it wasn't expensive! Fast turnaround as well

Back in 2004 I purchased a brand new 2004 chevrolet 2500hd and City chevrolet had them do my sunroof. I gave the truck to my son and the roof has never had 1 problem . Now 3 trucks later I want a sunroof in my 2500hd 2022. I will be seeing them soon. Fast quality work. 18 years in my old truck still working without a flaw.??Service: Body & Trim

I've had two tops done by these guys. A hail storm totaled the top on my Miata last year and I was really happy with the service, price and quality of the top they replaced it with. I sold that Miata shortly after getting a new top put on, but I've seen it around town and the top is still looking great.
